A reservation means something is held for someone. Avis doesn’t understand that concept. They will send the car that you reserved to the airport then tell you to go rent it there for 3x the price. This place is a joke. I’ve had to rent from them twice and I hope it never happens again.

So when I first booked the car, took an Uber 1.5 hours away from my house for them to tell me it wasn’t any vehicles.So, I was told that the maintenance of the car is at my expense (tires). Doesn’t make sense to me at all if I don’t own the vehicle, so from my understanding I have to buy a new set of tires considering I’m paying for maintenance. Worst company I’ve rented it never again.By the way they won’t reach out it’s been a week maybe over and still haven’t heard anything from them!

Wow! Dee was Amazingly Helpful, Factual, and Honest about the whole process of getting me a Rental to use with Uber. His professionalism and courteous attitude, help the process go very smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dee and Avis at the Mt Juliet location!

I've been renting from this Avis for years, & have never had an issue with them personally. As with any business you enter, be respectful & expect the same back.

Lousy customer service / very unprofessional and uncaring / can't suggest this location.Avoid attempting to make a reservation here, no communication or notice given / wasted valuable time traveling to location only to be treated rudely and told no cars available -After having a reservation in advance.Very disappointing.

made a reservation and confirmed it online. Since my previous reservation got canceled and they notified me I had to go to a much further location.I also called 3 times before to confirm they had a car before driving the 30 miles to the location to pick it up. They never answer the phone. I walked in and waited while the girl was trying to help someone else. Finally she gets to me and says oh no we have no cars for uber drivers even though I have a confirmation number from Avis. Tells me they won't have anything for another 7 days. I can clearly see 15 cars sitting in the parking lot. If you do not want to rent cars to Uber drivers than don't have your location listed as available. So I wasted an hour and half and my gas and drove my truck over 60 miles when I need to take it to my mechanic because the check engine light came on. The girl at the counter said I should have called first. First off, we make reservations so we don't have to sit on hold if you even answer the phone, which she did not. Secondly she offered no solution just looked at me like to bad for you. Horrible customer service and poorly ran business. NO ONE SHOULD EVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AND CORP SHOULD PULL THEIR BUSINESS FROM THEM. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS ALSO.

Awful. First I make an appointment, no one shows up. So I cancel my rental and make an appointment for another day. Then when I get there they tell me that all they have is an ev. Mind you that's not what I ordered and paid for. When I tell the employee that, he says it's the same thing and that's all they have. I tell him that I have never driven an ev and ask for information like how to charge it, where to go, cost etc. He says he can't give me any information because he doesn't know anything about Evs either. When he hands me the keys I ask where the car is. He says he doesn't know and just to walk around outside, pressing the button until I find it. I finally get in it and the car is nasty. Covered in dirt and candy wrappers. It stinks and the charge isn't full. The Bluetooth doesn't work. All this for $100 more than hertz. I took it because I had no other choice but I will be returning it the first chance I get

This place needs to be shut down. They dont know when a car is suppose to be back much less rent one out to you. I wouldn't even gove 1 star but of course that's the lowest. The one i. Hendersonville tn is great.

Worst car rental experience in my life. I do not recommend to anyone. I rented with uber and when I arrived they informed me they did not have the car available despite calling ahead the day before and reserving it. When I finally got it, it was only 1/3 charged and disgustingly dirty. Had fingernail clippings in the cup holder and a putrid smell. To be avoided at all costs.

I booked my rental car 2 weeks in advance. I arrived on time to pick up my reserved car, and Avis did not have a car for me, and did not have any solutions to help me get a rental car. Instead, they manually canceled my reservation onsite. It has been 4 weeks, and still no refund. Avis initially promised me that I would have a refund within 7 business days. My bank has gotten involved, and Avis told my bank that they are unwilling to issue me a refund because the rental was canceled after the scheduled pick up time. I ONLY CANCELED BECAUSE YOU BROKE THE TERMS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT BY NOT HAVING A CAR FOR ME! Your onsite associate was rude. It is outrageous that Avis is unwilling to issue me a refund when they are the ones who did not have a car for me. You will never see me as a customer again. This is unacceptable customer service. I will tell everyone to avoid this company. They do not care about their customers.
