Please don’t do it !!The customer service is extremely poor, especially the attitude of Jamey Garland who lacks any knowledge of proper customer service skills.After my bumper got hit, I decided to contact my dealer who suggested this particular company.I stopped to check and was taken aback by Jamey's attitude.It's quite amusing that despite securing an appointment and him being aware of my phone number, he never responded or returned my calls.After thoroughly reading all the Google reviews and taking into consideration the experiences shared by people regarding that location, I have made the decision to cancel my appointment with them.I felt uneasy about entrusting my car to them for repairs.

I was referred to the Old Hickory location from an insurance company after someone hit me in a wreck. The estimator, Jamey Garland, that works here is rude and very unprofessional. He sat on the approval for the work from my insurance for a week before I had to call back to get him to schedule, almost 2 weeks after he gave me an initial estimate. Picked the car up 10 days after it went in the shop and they had taken my parking decal (I need this daily) off my visor and not put it back so I had to go back up there to get it. I politely asked if they had seen a decal and Jamey immediately denied having it and was argumentative. After I basically begged him to look around for it, he did and lo and behold….they had it. He offered me no apology and when I said he didn’t handle it correctly, he immediately started arguing back and blaming me and saying I came at him, which is a lie. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a business. I was stunned when I left and reported them to my insurance. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

My first experience with Apple Collision was very good. John Hutchinson set an appointment for me to have work done on my vehicle. The technician was ready when I arrived and completed the work promptly to my satisfaction. I would recommend.

Couldn’t be happier! All of the employees i encountered were awesome ( John and Destiny )and I was kept up to date on everything. My car was fixed perfectly by the tech. I definitely recommend them.

Took my vehicle in their when I had my tailgate stolen thinking it would be a fairly easy process for them to order a new one and paint it to match the truck. Not the case, first time they ordered the part it came damaged which they blamed on insurance, 2nd time the part came in(after having the vehicle a week and half already) they realized it was not correct model for my truck, also blamed on my insurance. At 2 weeks in they kept giving me a different excuse of why the truck wouldn't be ready, even though the day before they would say it should be done by next day.

Called for an estimate and the worker was so unprofessional. Literally was sent to apple collision from Christian Brothers and they were so condescending and full of attitude. Have no idea how businesses like this stay in business. Stay away!

I attempted to use Apple as it was recommended from my dealership. The male adjuster/ greater finished up with his current customer and proceeded to assist me. After he snapped at me, He said that I had a look on my face that implied attitude, so I guess since he was confident in his assumption he addressed me inappropriately. He very aggressively stated that he did not do the damage to my car. I looked at him strangely because I did not say he did, nor did I imply such. The lady who also worked there also looked in confusion as I did not have an “attitude “ towards him. I was so disgusted, I told him that instead of responding to “a look” the more professional response would be to ask what the look was for instead of assuming. He then tried to justify his action or jump off and accused me of rolling my neck. I explained to him that he have not seen me roll my neck but he was working his way to me doing so. As the appointment attempt continued, I felt so uncomfortable with his behavior, I decided to give my business to Service king not too far from Apple. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and paperwork ready for my appointment. I gave two stars because after I calmed my nerves, I called back up to the location to speak to a manager. He was not currently available but the woman who also worked the front desk took my number and assured me the Gm would give me a call. I honestly felt that my request would be sabotaged by guy in the red sweatshirt, but surprisingly, Tom called me back and welcomed my business. Because of Tom’s customer service, I reconsidered making an appointment. I ended up going to a preferred servicer through my insurance, which is service king and pretty appalled with their customer service.

Apple really took care of us when we brought in our car from a repair. Timely service, very upfront and informative… our car was also spotless when we went to pick it up. Will definitely return to Apple if we have any auto body issues again in the future!Shoutout to Jamey and Destiny!

I’ve had my truck at Apple collision for repairs. There is a fella there named Jamie that has been excellent to work with. He always explained things truthfully even if the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear. There were holdups on the insurance side of the repairs he was so detailed I am not saying I was glad to meet him under these circumstances my evaluation is he is a quality human being. i got in an accident that left a gouge down the passenger side of my car back in early may or late april i can’t remember exactly. we scheduled with this place pretty much immediately after that and we’re told they didn’t have an opening till the middle of july. when the car was finally brought in they said about three weeks till it was ready. this was cutting it close because i move into college on the 19th of august but it should have given them enough time to be done before i had to go. after a few weeks of not hearing anything from them i finally called to check and they told me the 16th would be when it was ready. i was a little annoyed i wouldn’t have a car till then but it was before college so i guessed it would be fine. now i drive past this place every day and my car was always just sitting out front untouched. last saturday i had to swing buy to get a picture of the license plate so i could register it for college and saw the only thing that had changed about my car, was now the gouge on the side was even more rusty then it had started off with. my dad wanted to call to make sure the date was still in place on monday because they are closed on the weekends and was told that they just today had gotten the parts from the dealership and now it wouldn’t be done till the 26th, a full ten days after the date i was originally told. i am now having to start college with no car because the dates were told were obviously not accurate. i’m sure the work they do is fine but if you want to be told the correct dates for when you will be getting your car back or have anything important you’ll need your car for after their “projected end dates”, i would recommend going somewhere else.Services: Painting
