Mail carrier keeps leaving notes that they missed me. I'm home all day! I left a note to leave all packages. They take the note then cram a book (which WAS a gift) in half horizontally til it breaks behind 2 other packages in my mailbox.Lazy!!!! If I didn't care anymore about my job and how it represents not only myself but who I work for, I'd quit.

Our driver is completely lazy. Leaves the mail box open all the time even when it rains. My Daughters pictures was left attached to the mailbox WITH A RUBBER BAND. We had a letter that needed to be signed for and he didn't even come to our door. I was home all day. WE NEED A NEW DRIVER!

This location is much better than Greeneville! The staff and I always have a great conversation and a laugh when I pick up packages and approach them for stamps. Never had a real issue here! Recommend!

It’s no wonder the USPS is in trouble. I realize the recorded menu is generic and used across the board. I had a question that didn’t fit under any criteria of the menu which I might add is longer than the Bible . I got no answer. No option to get the answer I needed. Sad sad sorry shame.

On December 12, I had packages marked as return to sender due to my house supposedly being vacant. Even though mail had been delivered for three weeks prior. So I went to the office and spoke to Josh, the window clerk. He gave me my package and I told him the house is not vacant. The yard is well maintained, the house is decorated for Christmas, and there’s even a vehicle in the driveway at the time the carrier marked the house as vacant. I even put in a change of address to my new address and triple checked it was correct, I’m a mail clerk at a different post office so I know I did it correctly. Fast forward one week and on Dec 19th I notice a green vacant slip in my dang mailbox. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY MAIL?? I’ve done the change of address and I’ve even been to the office I. Person. I have now filled out the stupid green slip. Hopefully some one with some intelligence figures out how to properly deliver the mail.

We just moved to Laurel Valley Apartments and are having a hell of a time receiving our mail here. I have had issues with 2 packages now being delivered. The first package was posted as delivered but was not. Every resident here has a box with a lock key to it. When i contacted the post office over the issue i was told it didn't have a apt number on the package the guys said. I asked him if that was the case how could the mail be delivered in /at mailbox when she lady working this route didn't even know where to deliver it at. Today i was watching cause i knew i had another package do to he delivered. Same as the other delivered in/at mailbox so i go check the mail and low and behold same issue.I came back in called them yet once again. This time was informed she forgot her keys. My question is why are packages being marked as delivered in/at mail box when there not, or is the mail person on this route stealing / or just not doing their job?

I am supposed to get my mail delivered from this location and I swear they have to be the biggest bunch of thieves working in the mailroom. I have several magazine subscriptions and they think it's okay to NEVER deliver my Glamour subscription. I contacted the magazine and they confirmed I do have a subscription and they have the correct mailing address. Plus, I have too many packages from Wish that have never been delivered. Once, again they have the correct mailing address. This office needs to be reported to the government and be investigated for mail fraud. I PAID for these magazines and gifts so give me my mail!
