New owners refused to meet with us during our moving out process whatsoever. They originally lied about the amount we paid ($25 worth) which I knew was a bad sign they would be cheap and try to cheat us out of our security deposit. At every point we had to reach out, which was usually met with unanswered texts and calls, and when they would it was random visits to hopefully see us. Even though we agreed on an amount (FINALLY) every time we tried to pay our final dues and receive the deposit the check was never there. We visited four times with no complaints but no resolve. Eventually when we had an issue with continuously driving out to them and demand the games to stop they refuse to pay us. They show poor customer service and lack of ability to run a functional business. The property manger is a child without a clue.

The landlord Charles Harrison, likes to hit on younger women. As well as treat his tenants terribly when he gets called out. A company I worked for did plumbing repair work for him and he never paid OVER $2000 because they had to come back and pick up a tub due to no room in the vehicle at the time (which he was okay with). He also likes to make false claims to Child services about neglect on a child when he runs out of ways to try and belittle and/or harass people.
