I appreciate your personalized service. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. It is reassuring to know that if I have a question or a problem, all I have to do is pick up the phone or drop by the office. No need to call an 800 number. I like talking to someone local who knows me and my situation. Keep up the good work!

No issue necessarily. It just would've been nice to know that you guys don't do insurance policies unless you're 5 years out of bankruptcy before I gave all my personal info to an agent
