When I walked in and introduced myself to Ms. Felicia I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile I was a bit early so she told me that was fine and continued finishing her business up before she started on me she very thorough and asking me questions about my hair and explaining to me about my hair being half natural and how that would affect the quality of the style but all in all very professional and did a great job on my hair.
