I bought a Friendly Flyer Swing Set a few years ago though Walmart online. I see that the Friendly Flyer company is/was owned by the Troxel Company. I need a current part and tried to call all of the numbers listed to the company and none of them work. I also tried to email them but no luck. I even sent a couple of emails to their VP of Operations (Friendly Flyer) listed as Josh Warne. Nothing. Does anyone know or have a workable phone or email address for the Troxel Company Customer Service. I see on Google that Troxel is still listed as the company that Walmart deals with in regards to the Friendly Flyer Swing Set. Walmart is also of no help in regards to this problem. If you're delivering steel, go through gate follow drive around to door 16/17 it is a back in dock. Very quick unload.

The loading is very fast, friendly staff, you only arrive at the office that is at the entrance passing the gate, you register and they tell you which ramp to stand on, they load you in 10 minutes and you return for the papers where you had registered and the signatures They give you a stamp so you can put it on and that's it!,09/12/2022

They send you fast to load and they load soon. Spanish is not spoken but they serve you with kindness

Truckers tight dock but can be done. It took 30 minutes to get a dock, 1 1/2 hours to get loaded, and another 30 minutes to get the paperwork.

I bought a flexible flyer set online through walmart. It came without half the parts to put it together. Tried to contact the company and conveniently the number on the papers I received with the swing set was not a valid number. So I looked it up online. Got an answering machine that would not let me leave a message because the mail box was full. So maybe blasting this company online may provoke them to take action and make this right!!! Now I'm out over $200 plus a full day of messing around. Walmart was good enough to tell us they would make it right if we brought the swing set to them. Troxel company needs to own up for shipping out incomplete sets and make this right!!!!

We waited almost 5 hours to be loaded. Come to find out that they loaded us with almost 43,000 lbs of product when the load was only supposed to weigh 38,000 lbs. Beware truckers...

Quickly shipped part that was missing from original box. No hassle at all. Only detracting statement would be no email confirming receipt of request for part but with shipping that fast who cares .

Swing set was missing parts. Company informed me set was bought on sale from Walmart so it was their fault. Box was from their factory, never opened. We had to buy missing parts. I would not buy from this company.
