Took my Lexus in for paintless hail damage and a crack in the windshield. The hail work they did was good but putting all the pieces of the vehicle back was absolutely horrible. The grease they picked up from sunroof they literally touched every surface on the headliner. I came back in and they said they could get it all off no problem. Nothing changed when I got my car back. On top of this the pillars don't match up they definitely broke one of the tanks that holds it in there. No adjustment available for that. Like 4 year old that's bad at Lincoln logs and has grease filled hands. I was also told I was going to have the crack in my windshield replaced/repaired. Get car back and nothing was done. Said it's all on the insurance. I understand that but a call to be notified from the shop would have been nice. Hail yes / having anything on the interior hail no. Bottom line they are there to get a paycheck. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Called for a tow and Skylar showed up. The friendless and service he showed were exceptional. He got here was able to back into a tight driveway and hook up my car quickly and towed for an awsome price. Would highly recommend this company to anybody.

I had an accident In Morristown and my car had to be towed. The guys from Extreme Towing were absolutely the best people ever. I needed a ride home and Mr. Long took me without even asking. Thank you so much for everything. I won’t forget!

Had my avenger taken in after an accident, they did good work however, black greasy hand prints all over the fresh painjob also they stole the cases of drinks I had in my trunk when I called to ask about that I was put on the phone with a man claiming to be the owner who told me "I guess you should have taken them out" I will never go here again simply of the rudeness of them. I would recommend you take your drinks of of your car, they will steal them.Services: Steering & suspension repair
