Awful pharmacy and pharmacy manager. Humiliating experience

Pharmacist (Kim) you are a racist, bad manners, horrible experience with this lady by the name KIM, amazing how Walgreens aloud this behavior of an employee this is absolutely outrageous. I have contacted Walgreens Corporate regarding this lady and her unprofessional mistreatment of hispanic customers. I was amazed at her bad, unruly customer service, I waited 45 minutes just to watch how this lady treated 2 customers who weren't able to speak english, her derragatory and very bad behavior was out of line, shame on this type of person that mistreated this 2 ladys. Shame on you Ms Kim for your lack of kindness to other people who look different than you or can speak your language. Shame on you for your poor and unprofessional behavior. Shame on Walgreens for keeping this type of employee working and not doing anything about it.

Poor customer service. We went for Covid booster. The girl that was trying to check us in on computer was evidently new and it took about 45 minutes for her to finally get us checked in. When my husband went up to the counter to collect our insurance cards and license, she didn’t give my insurance card back. My husband asked for it and she said he never gave it to her. He explained he had. It was finally located in the paperwork.Then we had to wait a long time for the tech that was giving the injections to do so. She kept checking people out at the register while we and another customer waited for the injection . There was another person checking out people too, so it wasn’t as if she would be leaving the counter unattended. When finally I got into to get the injection in the private area, she complained that I didn’t have my shirt pulled down far enough, which I did but she said she was afraid she might stick herself with my hand pulling down the shirt. I’ve been a registered nurse for 35 years. I would never ask anyone to put theirselves in danger of a needle stick. She had plenty of room to give the injection. She suggested I come back later with a short sleeve shirt . I asked her if that was a joke considering how long we had waited. I told her I would take my arm out of the shirt as there was a closed door in this small area. She was not pleased with that either but did finally give my shot and way too low for a correct deltoid injection, I might add. All and all a terrible experience. We usually get our shots at Walmart on Buffalo Trail but they didn’t have the vaccine yet. They are always fast and so friendly. Next time we’ll wait for them. I’m sure this Walgreens will be happy to not have the business. * I also will add the upholstered bench you sit on for the injection literally had a large greasy spot on it where so many people had sat in it and the carpet in the injection room was just nasty. Walgreens you can do better.

I picked up my prescription through the drive thru and opened it immediately as I pulled onto the road. I knew that part of the medicine was missing. I called within 2 minutes of picking up my prescription to let them know that I was short 20 pills. The pharmacist called me back about 10 minutes later and told me that HE PERSONALLY counted the pills and circled the quantity. He told me he pulled the tape and counted the meds and it was my mistake. The next day I called and spoke with the pharmacy manager and she actually pulled the video and counted the meds. She called me to apologize and told me it was their mistake to come pick up the rest of my meds. The pharmacist that made the mistake was Kelly. He basically accused me of stealing. When I went to pick up the rest of my meds I made them count them in front of me and I will continue to do so from now on. I don't appreciate being lied to and then called a thief!!! If I could leave NO STARS I would, but that's not an option.

Whoever was at the pharmacy today was a total witch with a capital B. This woman is going to cause A LOT of people to go elsewhere. Get better employees. No reason to keep bad employees when you constantly get complaints

First of all, they wait till customers are at the pharmacy pickup to let them know they are closed for lunch...I feel customers priorities are just as important as theirs are....either close up and go to lunch or take care of your customers..so rude..One employee would not acknowledge me but told another employee to tell me they are closed for lunch, I knew there was a reason I don't shop there...my dr called in my meds for there, never again!!....

Seven minutes on hold with pharmacy. Hang up on me. Call store and ask for manager. Get assistant Mgr that is horribly rattled. Says they don't have enough staff. Another 7 minutes wasted with him. Woman from pharmacy calls me to try to explain why I only got a 12 day supply of life saving insulin. She is quite the belligerent person. Tried to get me to take Scripts elsewhere. DONE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

So we were making a road trip, and forgot my medicine that I need to take each day... major bummer. So, we had the idea to stop and see the pharmacist to see if we could get a week's supply. We had to pay for it, i.e. the insurance would not cover it as we had sufficient medicine at home, but compared to dying, the price was cheap. The lady at the pharmacy was helpful, and gave us just enough to be able to get back home. They also have ice cream, and a lots of snacks for a road trip. All in all, a win. By the way, it did not take the pharmacist too very long to fill the request.

Was great had my prescription ready for pickup through the Drive through. This place is clean and parking is free plus Handicap friendly with entrance and Handicap parking. Has a Redbox outside of store. Bathrooms where very clean as well.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD; MAY WE HAVE A 24 HOUR PHARMACY IN THE CITY THAT IS 3 TIMES THE SIZE OF JEFFERSON CITY??!! TWO TIMES IN 6 MONTHS WE HAVE NEEDED A PHARMACY IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AFTER HOURS AND YOU GIVE MORRISTOWN A HUGE MIDDLE FINGER!!
