The staff here are very kind and acknowledged me right away even though they were busy. The gentleman that helped me, answered all my questions and helped me with my phone issues. I was in and out quickly and Im very pleased with my service today. Thank you all for your help!

Horrible and very unprofessional.. very rude to my wife about helping her with her Verizon phone been a Verizon customer for 4 years and counting and never had a experience like this . Hope that employee doesn't stay and gets fired.

I always get a high level of support and retail services at this Verizon location. The representatives are courteous and willing to do anything for you to be satisfied with your Verizon service. I highly recommend this location in Morristown and Verizon in general.

Just WOW! I had a problem with a brand new phone that I had bought at Walmart. Those people couldn't seem to make it work! I went to the Verizon Store (where I wish I had bought the phone) and Dan Keller sorted out all the issues REALLY FAST! Thank you!

Yes it's a long story. But when u try to change to AT&T version tried to charge us 800 for a phone that I took I'm to upgrade 3ms before. So that way we couldn't change lines. Witch was Bull. So now our phone bill is almost a 1000. So I wouldn't remend this place to no one. Had to call customer service and was with them over hour half trying to explain that I only upgraded and even paid the 100 to do so. All cause we wanted to go to AT&T. We'll we never did as for right now. But it eil be soon. I wouldn't even walk into this place if you could go somewhere else that's what I would do. They wil fo anything for you yo have to say with them. Not fair. Thank you...

Getting help in the store with things is always easy and things get taken care of (5 star rating for employees at location). Took away 3 stars due to trying to place an order through the app or webpage (constantly shows something in stock, then you add it to your cart and select express pickup and it’s never there), also calling the store is completely useless as it takes you to a call center. The Verizon app and Verizon website are completely worthless.

It is ridiculous that you pay so much money for phone service with verizon and can't speak to anyone at a local store because they don't offer their phone number..
