I wish you would deliver to the right house. At this point we are constantly scouting neighbors yards and mailboxes for our stuff. Not all the neighbors ate friendly. Yesterday you delivered our package across the street. The week before it said delivered but we never got it. Your delivery drivers dont pay attention to the house numbers. Please hire some people that CAN this is really horrible!Morristown, Tn

This is the worst ups location ever. This is where packages go to die! Out for delivery for DAYS! Whoever manages this facility needs to be fired imo! Ridiculous really!

You delivering packages all day you would think they have gps or something to show them the addresses are last Thursday my package arrived at Russellville first it set in the loading docks until the shipped it somewhere in Illinois then it came back to Knoxville the here it was at the docks again they could’ve of delivered on Monday this week but it was Tuesday then the driver leave it at the wrong house this has happened several times I wasn’t going to say anything but this shipment was medical supplies. The driver should be wrote up or fired.

This location has one job to do Deliver on Time. I have been waiting all day for a delivery. It is now 11:00 pm and no delivery. This is the second time this has happen within a month. I just found out that you are going to deliver tomorrow. So, I am going to have to waste 2 days waiting on a simple delivery. This location needs new management and they definitely need to hire drivers who can do the job. Pitiful.

the UPS driver for newport is not very good. He does not deliver packages to our house. I live 35 minutes from this customer center location. If I wanted to pick up my packages, I'd go to the store

Driver was to deliver a recumbent bike ordered from Amazon today, 10.16.2023. Driver never came to my house, never rang the doorbell, never stopped, never called. Driver told Amazon and UPS that “customer refused delivery”, which is a complete fabrication as the customer, that’s me, was never even contacted nor spoken to about the delivery. Due to the outright untruth from the UPS driver, Amazon canceled the order and Amazon won’t resend the order and I’m out of luck on a sale item. Guess it doesn’t help to stay home all day and wait for an order when lazy people don’t want to do their jobs.Edited to add that when I did speak to a woman, Ashley, at UPS, who was with the driver, I was told that the driver spoke to someone else who refused delivery; the driver was on the wrong street, at the wrong house. After hearing that, the woman (A) and the driver argued with me about where I live - as if I don’t know where I live. It’s become apparent that there’s a problem with how they handled the return as Amazon will not refund my money. UPS has caused a huge, expensive problem for me through straight up lies and ineptitude.

My 4x6 " package was left at the end of my driveway, 300' from my house, during a pouring rain. Medical supplies, all damaged. All info faded, now I cannot get in touch with any one at UPS.

Paid for 2 day shipping and our package makes it to the Russellville location, and gets scanned 2x's and then suddenly NO one can seem to answer where it is or why we are not getting it delivered. They keep pushing the dates out and giving us the run around and still no resolve. We even went to the facility and was told, Well it could be in a bin or even stuck in a belt but we have no way of knowing. Still the issue is not being resolved and management is not willing to return any phone calls we have placed to the number. Unless they get this resolved and our package found soon I would love to give them a half a star. Because at least one person at the facility has actually spoken to us as if we had some sense and was at least compassionate enough to listen to the issue and act concerned with our loss.

Not once during all the times I checked the tracking number did it tell me I was needing someone to sign for the package. I would have been here if I would have known since I paid for 2-day shipping

You can never talk to anyone they have the worst customer service and there drivers put your packages on the side of the road by the time I get down my 200ft drive way my package disappear s by the time I get my notice there so lazy they don't even go to the house they are the worst delivery this is 3days in a row know how can a person run a business when they don't get the materials.... because this is so bad I'm know requesting FedEx to my shippers because they actually deliver to my business... just wait you will see an apology for response aAI at work and still no human.... and if your drivers are responsible for there trucks I would think they would be responsible on making proper deliveries wouldn't you I mean that is your job .. not making sure your trucks look pretty too

Terrible experience every single time. I never know if something is getting sent through UPS or FedEx, but when it’s UPS, consider it stolen or damaged. I have witnessed them throwing it out of the truck onto the road. Not the mailbox, not my doorstep, the road. And yes, it’s a high traffic area ?

I’m surprised this UPS has a 3.6 star review, at least before my rating because I’d give them zero stars if I could. My Christmas package for a loved one was never delivered, and it’s been sitting at this UPS location for over two weeks. Plus, there’s no live person you can actually call to speak with, and pick up “isn’t available” for my package for some reason. I did correspond with a UPS rep on social media, and they informed me that my package “could be considered lost in transit.” I don’t understand that at all because tracking says it is at this UPS location. Thankfully, the seller is willing to ship the merchandise I purchased again free of charge and NOT through UPS.
