Use at your own risk. They have incompetent people who will damage your car and tell you no worries we will get it fixed. The moment you are gone the issue is your problem. I had been through this wash a few times no problem. Well on this day the guys that pull you in did not set things up so my spoiler did not get broken like every time before. And it broke my spoiler on the front of my car. No worries we will fix that. I had mentioned it had a small scratch on the opposite side not something they did but fixable. I mentioned i would get the damage looked at by a shop. When I returned to discuss fixing the spoiler the answer was well you had previous damage so the damage we caused is null and void. Remember the previous damage was a scratch that could be fixed not a big azz hole that could not be fixed. I was very understanding that things happen and was even willing to put the part on myself if the purchased it. If you have damage do not leave the property until you get something in writing and pictures. My guess is the guys that caused the problem was will to do whatever they could not to get in trouble. I am not sure what kind of lies they told to the boss. My mistake was I should have never left without pictures something in writing and the belief that we live in a world where your word is good enough and they would stand behind it. So they will do everything to get you to leave without those things. One hundred percent my fault for being nieve and deep down I knew better. If my spoiler had damage that could not have been fixed when they put the hole in it I would have never even said anything but again it only had a scratch that could have been sanded and painted not a complete hole in it like they caused. This happened several years ago but I will continue to post about this as long as this place is still in business or until I am ten toes up in the dirt. I can not stand a business that will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to leave knowing they have or had any intentions of fixing their mistake. I have a reminder in my phone to check the reviews of this place often and repost how my situation went.

Purchased a car wash and also added the next car wash for $10 option on 3/28/24. Went just now to get the second car wash, bar code wouldn't scan, was told by employee there was nothing they could do. We requested the manager, who informed us that the wash had expired on 4/28, which is true, but it expires 4/28 of 2025. We were not allowed to get our wash, and the lady was extremely rude. This was at the Morristown, TN location, around 7:45 pm on June 1, 2024.

Rinse section has been broken for over a month and still not repaired after being told it was getting fixed. Leaves soap on car due to this, also went up on price but yet cannot fix equipment. Also hit or miss if employees scrub the window or not.

This place is pitiful now. The towels are still wet, the vacuums don’t work, spray bottles don’t work and the tumble dryer in the car wash doesn’t work half the time.

Good carwash overall. It covers 100% with proper overlap preventing the unclean streak in the middle of the car. Bravo!
