Good place to pick up heavy things and set them down. It doesn't have any of the frills that something like National Fitness has, but you will get stronger.

By far the best gym in town, they play loud music to fuel your workout and are open 24/7 so you can workout at your convenience. Always clean and up to date equipment.

You're not gonna find a better gym with better people anywhere else. Equipment is top-notch and well maintained. Members and staff are helpful and friendly. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned lifter or never stepped foot in a gym before, you're gonna be welcomed and fit right in

Really good people at this gym. I have asked a few people about exercises they were doing wantand they were more than happy to show and explain what and why. I have worked out on and off my whole life and this gym is a step above the competition when it comes to the owners and clients.
