The attention to detail is what this dealer gives for your money. Knowing your vehicle well enough to understand when there are problems. Then, after the fact they followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was good. That extra touch definitely helps.

Always a great experience going to morristown Toyota, Bradley in the service department is so nice and well versed in all things car related, he isn't pushy when it comes to purchasing service's he just let you know what is recommended and what you need and let's the customer make the choice what is best for them and their vehicle at that time. I will definitely continue going back as long as he is there.

Awesome service! I went in close to closing due to a defective wiper arm mechanism. The service manager stayed late to correct the problem.

Have been looking online and shopping around for a while. Was interested in a 4 runner online. Of course you can’t get pricing online any more. Put in information and got a call back. Rodney was extremely rude. As soon as I answered he asked what exactly am I looking for because I’ve been looking at different vehicles and he doesn’t know what I want. I explained that I’ve been looking at all of my options and the only way to even get a price is to contact them. I’m sorry but if you don’t want to talk to customers maybe you should have the prices posted ??♀️ I’m sorry I was shopping for another vehicle but I’ll be sure I take my business elsewhere and let all of my friends and family know to take theirs elsewhere too. Went for oil change and tire rotation. They took 1.5 hours, no complaints. Waiting area was nice, tv, internet, coffee, water, tea offered. Price for service was lower than past Toyota dealerships I have been in. Nice staff members, didn't try to oversell but offered suggestions. Can book appointments online.

I love it when I can give good reviews. And I certainly can for this dealership. My wife Janie and I were looking for a car to replace the truck we had recently sold. We visited several area dealerships. Those visits were very disappointing. But the visit to Rusty Wallace Toyota was fantastic. They had exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson was courteous, informative, and professional. We are super happy with our purchase!

If I could give a negative rating I would. I purchased a used 2018 Toyota Rav 4.. paid a full premium price for it. Well fast forward six months later.. l decided I wanted something smaller. I went to trade it in only to be told the RAV4 had previously been in a wreck. This was not disclosed to me, I was Lied to by salesman. I asked about the history before purchasing. They lie to make a sale. They don't care about your safety because repair cause problems and lower the value of car.. your better off going ANYWHERE else.

Service dept did well. Sales are more expensive than the other Toyota dealerships. I asked if they had a army green tacoma. He said no and did not offer to find one. Went to North Carolina dealer. And they found one for less expensive than rusty wallace.

I'll start from the beginning and let you know why it's three stars and not five stars. The five stars are the customer sales service reps. Rodney Shropshire was amazing Rodney helped me lock my car in at a great price and held the car until I was able to fly from Delaware to Tennessee to pick it up. Once I arrived in Tennessee Phil Dykes came and picked me up from my hotel 40 miles away and we had a great conversation all the way there and the process was quick and easy. Whe
