I delivered to this place, an extra large order. First time delivering to this business. Decent tip, until I checked my earnings later that day to find they removed the entire tip. Thanks Tidal wave. Luckily there are better businesses in the area that appreciate my work!

Staff was friendly however the car wash is not so great. It took off my nice license plate holder from the front of my truck and truck is not clean. Only one side was scrubbed by employees but still dirty. There is still dirt everywhere

Auto Spa truly is an understatement. What a rare these days experience it was arriving at Tidal Wave. The employee that greeted me was very helpful and personable! Upon entering the wash area the employees we so welcoming and explained exactly what I needed to do! If that wasn’t enough, they scrubbed my car of bugs ( what I went there for) ! The drive thru was so pleasant from the smell of the wash and the incredible decorations as I went thru! Definetly recommend to everyone!

Went through one time to try it out and they automatically signed me up for monthly charge. I told them I only wanted the one time wash and that I wanted it canceled. They informed me it was taken care of. Just received credit card bill and I am still being charged. I have been charged for 2 months ($70). Called to get credit card credited and they would not do it without proof of cancelation. Very poor customer service policy. I will not be going back.

I have a subscription to Tidal Wave and every time I go through, I am always happy with the friendly service and the thorough pre wash. This is a great staff and I do recommend.

Our experience was great. The car wash did great at cleaning and shining our car. The team lead was training for the one in Jefferson City and he washed our car a second time showing the employees what to look for.Will be back.

The employee we encountered was so nice & so helpful. We are trying a membership. My husband's truck looks so much better after a trip to Tidal Wave. They even provided spray cleaner and cloths to use when we vacuumed out the interior.

1st time using this car wash. Employee at the front very friendly and explained the different products...washes and packages. I picked one and no pressure to upgrade...just explanation. Employee who washes, got front and back of my car. Explained what to do. Again very friendly. Wash tunnel is glass so you don't feel hemmed in. Dryer is incredibly strong. Fluff dry also good and gets the last bit of water spots. Not sure how the tire washer works but seemed to clean my rims really well. They offer towels and cleaner. Vacuum strong and picks up everything...even dog hair. Like the fact that the dry off area is straight spaces. Vacuum's are not attached to a top hook. Hooked at the trash can. Hose does not get in your way. Hooking it lower gives more hose. I like this car wash and will use it again. Try it yourself! Also saw where you can hold fundraiser's there.

Staff was friendly an explained the difference wash packages and the differences in them. I like the idea of an employee pre washing the front an back of my SUV.( it had been 6 months since my last car wash) I like the canopy over the vacuum stations. The site was clean an nice looking. Ample supplies to do the inside of your car. Overall really happy with my car was..
