I am here on vacation from South Dakota, tons of bugs and bird poo and I pulled in and I asked the attendant if he could plz give some extra love on the bugs and poo he said no problem. He literally started to scrub with a big brush and then hand scrubbed the front end, hood and mirrors!! His name is DJ and he was amazing! He earned himself a $10 tip. If I am ever back in town this will be my stop! Keep up the great work DJ!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISES, AFTER CANCELING THE MEMBERSHIP THE Y PURPOSELY CONTINUE CHARGING MY CARD, WENT TO THIS PLACE 2 TIMES, TO CANCEL STILL ANOTHER MONTH WAS CHARGED, CALL MAIN OFFICE, AND FOR MY SURPRISE, "IS A COMMON PRACTICE FROM FRANCHISES". BAD BUSINESS

My sunroof leaks now and one of my chrome wheels is damaged, it tore off the chrome plating. I am no longer a member.

I've been going to tidal wave since the day it opened in Morristown and they do a really good job on my truck , the people that work there are all very helpful and respectful I recommend it to all my friends

We had a family plan every month I had to get a new sticker for my car because each month even though the money was taken out of the bank my sticker would decline. The 4th month 80 dollars was taken out almost triple the amount of the package and no one could explain why.

Does decent job not the best, it does scratches the paint in some areas every time there's a scratch!
Also they should stop having that person at the beginning of the car wash, the brush they use scratches the car! They aren't careful, they don't care.
