Absolutely disappointed in the way this car wash has went downhill have a pass for my vehicle‘s, but going to cancel them went there today to wash my truck each one I went to the foaming brush did not work. The soap did not work the brushes missed half the spot on the vehicle. Crazy to ask somebody to pay for a service like that and their automatic car wash just keeps getting worse. Especially if you have a black car.Services: Polishing

Went here to get our vehicle washed, it was pretty dirty and covered in pollen. The front end had quite a bit of bugs on it from daily driving. The employees swiped over it once with their broom and that was it. Went through the rest of the car wash and looked at the front end, no surprise, still completely covered in bugs. I understand that it gets super busy but a little more effort would've been nice, especially paying 30$ for a car wash and a second one that we probably won't use again. Overall pretty disappointed in the experience.Services: Interior vacuuming

I just wanted to thank one of the employees at this establishment, Luis. I accidentally threw away a gift, and he helped me, after hours mind you, search for it. I appreciate his concern and dedication. He even helped me look through the trash, and I can't say how much that meant to me. Thank you, so much. I will be using this business again.

Overall very happy with this car wash and the employees that work here. The only reason for a 4 star review is in the drying wheel is set for trucks so it doesn't make contact with my car (Honda Civic) until halfway up the wind shield.

The only reason they got a one star was because that was the least I was allowed to give, Now keep in mind, I've washed my car there dozens of times, but I always use the automatic car wash, but with the Corvette, it's too low to go thru the automatic one. What I would have need to do was to use the touch less wash. I pulled into the touchless lane, and the touchless washer was down, so I had to back up,and had to ask several people waiting in line,to back up themselves and let me out.Problem #2 was, I went to the self serve wash, but when I started using the wand, it leaked like crazy, and by the time my wash was over,I was soaking wet,shorts and tennis shoes,ringing wet.Like I said,I've spent several hundred dollars there,but if this is the way it's gonna be,I can save a bunch of money,and not get dripping wet.

I have a 2017 new car that has never been run through any other car wash other that the Davy Crockett Car Wash on AJ Highway next to OCharlues. After a few months of using that car wash I started noticing dings and swirl marks on my new car and when I brought this to the attention of the staff there ; they told me it could not have come from their car wash. I am certain it did because I know no one else has washed this car except them. It stays parked under cover the majority of the time and when I do drive it the car wash is often the only place I drive it to just to clean it up. Customers with new cars beware if you don't want dings and swirl marks on your new car!! They will not step up and be responsible for damage!! I also have an older model (2005) Envoy which is in excellent shape and the car wash broke the turn signal glass out of it and when I brought this to their attention they said they would get back with me and they never did. I chose not to pursue the issue since it was an older model but as for my new car NO EXCUSES it clearly did damage the paint job; so don't let this be your new car!! BEWARE!!!!

I've never been to a car wash where you pay to enter and your time is unlimited to get your vehicle clean. I love it so much I might just have to open one myself! They have vacuums for everyone. There's a floor mat cleaner machine for carpet mats. They have fresh cleaned micro fiber towels for drying your vehicle or cleaning your windows. As well as window cleaner bottles. My truck has never been so clean. You can self wash or they have a drive thru with all the same benefits.

Bless their hearts. This is the pitiful sister to the same regional chain car wash on West AJ and our unlimited wash package allows us to go to any location. I would have to have a pretty dirty car to return here. The polish/vac area is uncovered and nothing puts spots a car faster than water drying on it before being wiped down. I don't think that my smallest car could be fully dried in time, but we had our full size SUV there and it was a fools errand to try to overcome the spots. We ended up going to our usual location a few days later, I felt like I was driving around in a leopard. :( Odor of one of the wax or polish steps was, let's say, unfortunate. I really like the fresh smell as I go through the WAJ location, but this one had me holding my breath. No bueno! If you need a quick rinse--then great, but otherwise I encourage you to drive a few minutes to the other location near McCrary and W AJ.

Free vacuums and window spray with towels for more detailed work which is amazing and saves money. Personally I like the manual car wash, it is $6. With the free xleaning stuff it is completely worthbit.

Love this car wash. Had trouble with my debit card and before I knew it a guy came out all the way across the parking lot to help me. They care about their customers.
