Two years ago the one next to East high ran my card twice for sane purchase, was 27 dollars and some change neither my credit union or the store would refund the double charge or give me back my money and it had the same transaction number on statement smh store on West end ran my card for ten in fuel, gas pump never came on , I hung it back up, manager was outside knew and seen it never came on , they said it would go back on my card but it never did, and credit union would also not refund it, manger of store told her general manager and they did not allow her to refund it or give me the gas I already paid for again money lost, always watch your card transactions... especially at Sunoco stores in Morristown.. smh

Swiped card at gas pump and it said to see cashier went inside card declined checked my phone the money came off my card but tell me why I had to leave and yet didn't get any gas cashier said take it up with my bank

I used to love this store. My family have managed this specific store before. I usually shopped here once a week. After today I doubt I will spend money when I check. We are the only ones wearing mask as I walk up to The register ask about a sign the cashier starts arguing the prices of the drinks with me before answering me or asking me if I found everything. She stood, arms crossed as if I was bothering her with my child. During her breakdown neither cashier nor management were wearing mask. Then the manager finally tells the cashier the sign says what I questioned and said the customer (I was correct. Then same manager says she wasn't arguing with you to me.? Never an apology it was like I hit a wall of attitude??. Then she tried to over ring me and ended up missing an store drink. It was a Horrible experience same management as has been I guess just to much stress with covid. The very young cashier and management need customer service classes. This was once a really great store. The management has not changed since my family member ran it. I do not see any excuse for a drop in showing the customer respect or appreciation. I do expect the problem to be dealt with. I will be checking maybe then I will spend my convenience money there again. I will keep my reviews updated.
