We recently dropped spectrum and their New deal with 300 mb for second and a streaming box for $49 We had 300 mb and you can't stream with that you can get online for getting on Facebook watching YouTube but you can't stream anything with 300 We had it and shows that you want to stream will just sit there and spin or you'll be in the middle of something and it'll stop and spin It's not enough to stream Go with fibernet no issues whatsoever and affordable

People read the small print those ads you think are a deal ,are not for example we started out in 20019 with cable and 20mps internet our cost was 109 a month 3 years later same cable and internet cost us 179.00 we cut that cord now they want us back with other offer's we had to argue with customer service to shut our cable off they just kept on offering us other bundles my wife told them 6 times no shut our cable off please and they just kept this up finally we hung up and had to call again to speak to another customer service agent and they tried the same thing. JUST SHUT OUR CABLE OFF PLEASE what part dont you understand will never use spectrum again customer service is the worst DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US

Went to the Spectrum store this morning to get help with a phone issue. The young man that waited on us was extremely rude when he wasn't able to help us. He said there's a line behind you. You need to step aside. Truly disappointed in such rude behavior.

Internet speeds were horrendous and extremely inconsistent, so switched internet providers but kept cable. Cable constantly freezes up, displays error messages constantly and have to hard reset the cable box to get it to work.

My dad was insulted by and employee there. (Long hair patch of hair on their chin) Dad was confused as to why he couldn't return his apple tv to them. He was told he could. Employee said otherwise so Dad a little flustered said guess I'll throw it out the window then only thing I can think to do with it( this is as we are walking out) employee says " shouldn't buy things you can't afford" Dad then loses his cool. Employee continues to antagonize my father and I'm trying to calm him( my dad) down. I say dude that was so uncalled for employee tried to antagonize me with a lame insult by calling me flip flops where I'm wearing flip flops. I guess you have to be well dressed to go in to this location.

Come to spectrum at the mall at 1:15 and nobody was there. The hours on the door say 12-5 on Sunday but there was nobody in sight. How can I pay my bill when they aren’t open if I only have cash?

All I can say is John deserves a raise! He worked extremely hard to transfer my phone from Straight Talk to Spectrum. Typically, this process doesn’t take long. But for some reason, my phone was not having it. John was so kind and professional with me and the Straight Talk customer service line to get my phone working with Spectrum. After an hour, John and another employee were able to get my phone working again! THANK YOU!

They suck, their internet is not worth crap and it goes out at the worst possible times and interferes with people who work from home.
