I took my daughter to this place and my mom set there with her when I called to make the appointment it was supposed to be just a root touch up and they ask my 14 daughter if she wants her hair cut and they do it without informing her or my mom it would cost more so $95 later I had to pay I’m not a happy mom right now! It was supposed to of been $65. I called the manager and he said my daughter have permission and hung up on me!! Do not go to this place!!!

They are not experienced with cutting curly hair. Asked for hair to be cut to my shoulders, gentleman hair stylist took my hair to above my ears while making jokes with other customers.
*Edit to owner response - Yes. I am on your books. I have my receipt from the day I was there. I shouldn't have to defend my poor experience and still uneven hair. I now understand why this salon always has openings. I recommend people avoid this place with their lack of professionalism.

Kelly cut my hair, Awesome job!! Finally, I found someone to cut n it the way I want it. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and such a kind person. She's an amazing stylist. I will be going back to see her for sure in a few weeks. Very happy with my experience and my cut too.

Bruce was supposed to be my mom's barber but when she got there, a lady took over a short cut and highlight. 3 1/2 hours later, my mother was emotional and unsatisfied. Bruce did step in to fix things and the haircut turned out very well. Beware, if someone is taking an extremely long time on your head, you might wanna ask for someone else. My mother will come back , but only under Bruce! Also the price was higher than quoted but still reasonable.

I'm always happy to go in to get my hair trimmed by Tracy all of the hairdressers that work there alongside Tracy are funny and professional and the salon is always clean

Angela is the best hair stylist! I travel 35 miles every several weeks for my hair cut with her and get compliments from strangers ( sometimes they are hairstylists themselves) on the cut and color blend.

I love this salon. Of course I have my favorite just because I have been going there so long but I have been short on time and couldn't use my favorite stylist and had multiple others cut my hair and can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and I'm really picky about my hair. The prices for a man's haircut are very reasonable to me especially for the service I get not to mention it's just a really cool vibe there. You can tell everyone really likes each other and it shows in their mutual respect and banter.
