When entering the parking there is parking upon entering the building you are always greeted with a smile the store is clean and the associates are very nice and helpful

LOVE THIS PLACE!It’s a HUGE one stop shop for everything! Affordable, friendly, wide selections AND free coffee and popcorn while you shop.Staff is friendly and helpful, lots of parking and the store is well maintained!

I wanna start this out by saying myself and a lot of my family members buy clothes, boots, feed, tools, guns, decor, toys for our kids etc. at this location. My sister and myself purchased bibs online this morning to pick up in store both have confirmation emails and money pulled out of our accounts only to be told they wouldn't honor the online sales price and our orders to be cancelled.Corporate office was no help either! Needless to say I believe they have lost themselves loyal customers. An absolute disappointment!!

Extremely slow load out service. (Store was not even very busy!)Purchased 15 bags of midwestern sweet feed at 11:23am; waited at the gate to pick up until 11:40 then went back inside to make sure they knew we were still waiting…after that waited another 10 minutes before I was finally able to pick up the feed.

These guys price match if they don't already beat their competition. The guys at the dock are quick to help whenever you have a larger order to load. They also know how to use forklifts, which is above average compared to several other stores lol.

Very disorganized store. Maybe, they are going through a remodel. The aisles are marked with incorrect signs. I circled the store multiple times trying to find insect control and mouse traps. Finally found insecticides on an aisle marked paint. There were gopher traps in that area, but no mouse traps. No employees around to ask for help. I eventually found mouse traps on the other side of the store. Last few times I've been there were no carts available. Only go here if you have lots of time to waste trying to find what you need. I won't be back.

Definitely love this store. Will shop here in the future. It's like a gun shop, ACE hardware, Tractor Supply, Walmart, and Home Depot all in one store. The popcorn is definitely a nice touch when you enter. I'll come here to shop for clothes and my outdoorsupplies. Kids love the chickens and they have a large supply of different breeds. There are ample employees there to assist you if needed. Next time I plan on trying the chocate covered pretzels and chocolate covered almonds. Great supply of shotguns, handguns, and even with multiple AR15s. They have ammo for most all calibers of firearms and price is reasonable. Nice archery section includes all archery accessories. If you have never been to Rural King you really should check it out. Now my new favorite place to shop for all my needed items. You will not be disappointed.

Well, we wish you hadn't switched to a cheaper brand of peanut butter pretzel bites. The old brand was creamery and a big peanut butter taste. The new ones are dry and not much taste. No good.

Honestly, I love the store. But I live right next door and the guy that uses the leaf blower on the parking lot blows all that trash in my yard every single morning. I wish you’d tell him to stop. Clean it up instead of blowing it all in my yard. Thanks

The best way to describe this store is hometown hardware, a little Tractor Supply, retail Co-op wanna-be all in one. They have a little bit of what each of these places offer and their prices are better. This is definitely the place to go when needing anything related to putting in a lawn, decent hardware, and even basic auto supplies. They have the beat prices of anywhere àround for auto motor oil and car batteries! On average, I save $10 on a large jug of motor oil by buying it here vs WMart and the auto part stores. I do have a couple of complaints though...1) they do sell oil filters but the selection is very limited and based only on a few most popular cars on the road. They have never had the size needed for my car which is annoying considering this is where I prefer to purchase the oil , 2) sometimes when I go in this store, many shelves are empty from having a busy day. You eoud think by now they would plan for days that are prone to increased business by scheduling more employees to work on those days of at least stock heavy on the day before. I hate having to make sure I go early in the day just as a precaution of making sure they have what I need if it happens to be a Saturday. I would much rather wait until evening when there's less of a crowd but then I run the chance of not being able to get what I need. And 3) Apparently these stores have a high level of retail theft. While their security personnel do a better job of blending in than WMart, it's still annoying when you have someone following you becsuse you just so happen to fit the one of the profiles they seem to believe are the most likely to commit a crime of theft. Just because my husband and I go our own ways when we enter the store, it does not mean we are up to something nefarious! Honestly, I love my hubby but I HATE shopping with him. This store and any other store that uses the situation of people splitting up on entry as an indicator of possible theft need to revisit their profiles or invest in a better method of surveillance. Under no circumstances should a customer know they are being followed.. it's not a pleasant shopping experience....and shopping is what I am trying to do!!!!
