Bought a new car from a different dealership. Had a bad battery apparently. Brought it to this Dodge to have it serviced. As a former employee at a different Dodge, I was dreading having to deal with the service department. But it actually went pretty well. Charles helped and got me taken care of. They got my radio to go back to normal too with my Sirius back on. Everything went pretty seamless. I appreciate them for that. Thank you guys.

I had a radiator and 2 engine mounts replaced at Farris Morristown on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Danielle from service called me to give me the quote for the repairs at $220.00 an hour for the labor even though my warranty only covered $190.00. Once I confronted them about their mark up, they immediately came down to meet my request at $190.00 an hour. After the work was done, I noticed that the bumpers and fender wells were not lined up. The jeep had had a small piece of wood fly up out of the road and knocked out the forward cruise sensor months prior to Farris seeing the jeep. Because of this, I was not alarmed at the misalignment between the bumper and fender wells. 2 weeks after the repair, my family and I are driving to FL for vacation and the left fender flys off the jeep on the interstate in Atlanta being crushed by traffic. On the way home, the right fender flys off and gets mutilated by traffic. When I called Farris, they accepted no responsibility for the fenders flying off the jeep 2 weeks after they had the bumper off of the jeep. I asked if the technicians follow schematics on repairs and the shop manager advised that no, the technicians do not follow instructions on repairs, but make repairs however they want. The shop manager told me that they believed the jeep was in a collision after it left their shop causing the fenders to fly off, which is not true. Danielle and I had a conversation when the jeep was brought onsite for the repairs that there had been a small collision to the sensor. I asked them to pull camera footage of the jeep coming on site at their shop to show the condition that it arrived and left in. They were uncooperative and accepted no responsibility for my fenders flying off my jeep and tried to price gouge me an extra $30.00 an hour for $190.00 labor. I will not recommend, have vehicles maintenanced, purchase, or support this business in any fashion.
