Adam was very kind and he helped figure out what was wrong with our car and even fixed it for us, we live in Ohio and were in Tennessee on a camping trip if it was not for the guys here we would have been stranded 7 hours from home. I cannot express how appreciative I am, he made our day.

They sold me the wrong battery and one guy wanted to keep insisting the the battery he admitted was wrong, but it would still work. Total incompetence and I'm not going to do business with a place that will gaslight me instead of admitting they made a mistake.

Very friendly and helpful. I stopped at the start of the snow storm for wiper blades, and the lady even offered to put them on for me. I chuckled and told her I thought it could wait.
