Went and had an employee help me find something. It was a pleasure working with the employees. Found what I needed. Paid a fair amount for said item. It was within what I figured the price range would be. So no surprise there.

Today employee told us that the store manager doesn’t allow price matching…so we put the product back. Apparently it’s better to sell nothing than to price match a local competitor.

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I only get so much time for lunch, and before I went on my break, I called ahead to make sure they could mix my paint code in touch up. I told them the code and the name of the paint.... Twice. The person to whom I spoke (who sounded barely awake) said both times "no problem". So, I'm thinking "Great! This gives me just enough time to pick up at lunch!"Wrong! I get there, and not only do they not have my paint code, but they don't even custom mix touch up paint (I know O'Reilly has done this in the past because I've bought countless touch up containers from them over the years). So, my whole lunch break is shot for absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, the help was conversing between themselves in front of customers about how they hate it when customers argue. I think they thought I had left the store.
