They were working on my nails but then a customer came in and they made me wait for more than a hour and they did an awful job none of the shape matched. And some other customers got hurt. They don’t know how to do it

If I could give no stars I would!!!! I'm not sure about the reviews with the 5 stars or even 3 but they must have been the lucky ones worst Ever please read all reviews before going just terrible nails and terrible customer service and you will never get your nails fixed or anything so don't even try can't stress it enough WORSE EVER IN EVERY WAY!!!!

My nails were messed up and I was refused having them fixed. I asked for gel french tips and got gummed up messed up polish. An hour later when I went back in I was argued with and told to leave. I'm so upset. I tipped $20 on $30 and now I'm left with really gunked up polish hacked nails.
The worst part is how I was talked to. I will never go back here and now I'm out $50 and need my nails done worse than before I went in.

I went to get my nails done. Showed them the designs I liked on my phone but they refuse to do it and asked me to change. Even after showing them the picture they did awful job. Non of the nail shape matched. Nail tech was very rude and ignorant.

Deeply unimpressed. I was recommended by a family member to go to Jenny. I live out of state and am here visiting. I called and made the appointment with Jenny, however when I showed up to my appointment I asked for Jenny. I was not sat with Jenny. The lady who did my nails was very rushed, every single one of my nails are uneven. I specifically asked for sharp square and I got rounded. The lady who did my nails was very aggressive. It comes time to check out and she doesn’t even tell me how much the service is before she snatches my card and runs it.
Needless to say I will not be returning or giving my business to this salon.

They normally do a great job; however, lately it’s such a wait it’s not worth it. Today I waited over 3 hours here to get my nails done! I arrived around 3:00 and I waited for a bit, and then decided I would go get my son’s hair cut and come back. I got his hair cut and came back around 3:30. When the nail tech noticed I needed to soak off the old set, she put the soaked acetone cotton balls on my nails, and then proceeded to do a whole new fill in while I sat there another 50 minutes for her to finish that girl! All together a 3 hour ordeal and I didn’t leave until 6:00!!! Not happy. When you walk in they don’t even acknowledge you to tell you anything. Bad customer service.

Paid $70 for these and they look like crap, tipped the girl $30 cause she must've needed it more then me cause with this kinda talent she's gonna keep herself in these commercial basic nail salons her whole life.

went in today to get a fill and the lady at the first desk insisted I have nails removed and new out in mind you this was my first till on these nails. she roughly clipped them down rhen used the nail drill to get some more of the acrylic off then starting trying to rip them off. she literally ripped my nail and made it bleed. didn't say sorry . then decided she was going to soak my acrylic set off after ripping my nail. she went to put foils in nails and tried to put alcohol filled cotton ball on my thumb nail that's bleeding. I said to leave it alone. so after soaking the other nails for 15 mins she finishes prepping my nails and goes to start putting on nail tips she tried to put one on my bleeding thumbnail and think she is going to acrylic over that!? I don't think so. then proceeded to make me over pay. I left before I got too disrespectful. so I left with 9 nails done and one not cause she was unprofessional and rude! will never go back again. they should treat their customers better but what do I know right? I will say if this thumb nail gets infected there will be a law suit. :)
