On September 29, I took my Car to Morristown Tire Performance expecting a nail or something to be in my tire but come to find out, it was more than just a hole in my tire; it was also my rims being cracked and unable to drive the car. I was very upset with the unexpected situation; However, Roxanne was remaining positive and reassured everything would get better! Her reassurance gave me a sense of hope and peace knowing my car was in Great Hands. I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Roxanne, the front desk lady and the men who worked to make sure she found not only tires for me numerous of times(it’s a long story), but also Wheels for it!!I highly recommend Morristown Tires to supply your car needs!Thank you again Morristown Tire Staff for Finally getting my car back to me!!Sincerely,A Happy Customer ?Service: Tires

We had a great experience with Morristown Tire and Performance for our alignment. The Techicians here are top notch. They explain things in terms we can understand. Prices are quoted up front with no surprises. The lady at the front desk treats you like she has known you all her life, both in person and on the phone. Sorry I forgot her name. This place makes you feel like family. As we waited in the lobby it was so clean. There was a TV for entertainment and the chairs are very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. There are snacks available in the lobby for only $1 each. I highly recommend Morristown Tire and Performance.

These are good honest people that do excellent work. I have an older model Mustang and they are the only ones I trust to work on it. Took both cars to them several times they put 2 motors in 1 of my cars and on that car they did not put it in right they messed it completely up the other car I took they put another motor in and said there was more problems with it so they went ahead and “fixed” it lied about the price and charged me almost 2500$ when it was supposed to cost 1500$ I kept bringing the cars back to them bc they both kept messing up and they wasn’t fixed right so after the last time I brought my car to them I took them both to a nissian certified mechanic and they found 8 different things wrong with one car and they didn’t put the switch on the motor then my other car the spark plugs were shot when they were fine before I took my car over Morristown tire performance and they lied and said they’d fixed a bunch of different things when clearly they didn’t! They used me bc im a woman and I don’t know much about cars so they found reasons to keep me coming back bc they wasn’t fixing the main problems! Do NOT take your car there they will screw you!! I would’ve sued but I had no proof of them doing that to my cars but lesson learned!

This shop is awesome. My car has been giving me fits and they got me in, diagnosed the problems and gave me a fair estimate for the repairs. I was informed every step of the way and anything new that was found was immediately brought to my attention. I will only take my car here and I'm starting to send more family and friends.

Best place in town!!! By far, hands down the best service! Very knowledgeable about my BMW and so easy to talk to! We drive an hour and a half one way and it’s worth it!!!

Terrible place to go will try and overcharge you if you don’t know what your stuff with cars. I had to go to Florida and my moms car broke so I told her to go ahead and take it to a shop. they quoted her 300$ for a fuel line and they had to order the part well when my mom goes to pick up the car they had an extra 200$ part on there and the original part had also went up 100$ so it was near 600$ to get her car and when I called up there they couldn’t tell me where all that money came from and wouldn’t let me talk to a mechanic then hung up on me. They told my mom they mistyped the receipt and that they didn’t replace any other parts that the original parts that they quoted had went up another 200$ overnight and didn’t call to warn nobody. They refunded us 100$ for the part they didn’t replace that was on there but still got us for almost an extra 200$ that we don’t have. Terrible place with terrible people that tried to take advantage of my mom. If we had enough money for a lawyer I’d get one!Service: Auto maintenance

I was visiting from Louisiana and needed a tire. They were able to get me in and out quickly.
