I went to the store a few weeks ago just looking for internet and was told I have to be a customer, James was the gentleman who helped me btw. I kinda figured this was going to be the case, but I didn’t expect it to be so easy. Not only was the process simple but I got a free phone for switching. James went above and beyond setting everything up and making sure it worked. Then I hooked the internet up at home and immediately started having problems. Spoke to tech support numerous times was finally told to bring the box in cause it was damaged. Brought it in and talked to James again, he yet AGAIN did more than I expected and helped me get out of there as quickly as he could. He’s a great asset to that store. And since bringing the new box home I’ve had zero problems. I would definitely recommend Metro for services-even after what I went through.

I met a very nice lady at this company named Kayla. She is very respectful and proper manners. She has been very helpful and is very smart at fixing phones. Her customer service is excellent. I tell all my friends about her and Metro service. She said she was a sales rep she is smart enough to manage the place. Thanks

Went in looking for info on switching over, new phones, and plans/rates.
Both Kayla & James were very informative & helpful. Great customer service! I did not switch over, nothing against Metro, I was just comparing to my carrier. If I were to switch , I'd definitely go back to that Metro & deal with Kayla and James! Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience!

If I could rate zero stars then I would .Kayla is absolutely lazy when it comes to dealing with customers. The first encounter I had with her was on May 5 '2024 to switch my service to another device.She did that then turned my phone off before she hand it to me which I thought was weird . Told me to wait 20 mins then turn it back on ...it didn't work .I drove up to the store and told her about it she then proceeded to call customer service and argued with them then hung up. I told her I'd come back the following day because it was already close to closing time . She not only activated a phone that wasn't compatible with metro but was very rude .Also she never printed me a receipt because "they was out of paper". And that I would get it via message
.which I never received. Today May 23'2024 I went in because customer service told me to go in person for a credit to a bill and she told me to call another 1800 number . After I called they told me I had to be present in store so I drive up there and get absolutely no where with her and she kicks me out of her store . What's the point of working if you don't want to work ? Always avoiding them

I have come to the Metro by T mobile here in Morristown T.N.This is first time They have ever had two good workers Kayla and James are amazing and have great customer service I’m so glad y’all finally got some good help down air they make that amazing and they go out advertising ever where in Morristown with smiling faces they surely got to be a value to your company

How is this place even open? They must not need the money. They were very rude. Told me they don’t help with phone service issues and they don’t get paid enough. Said for me to call the company itself and ask for help. I bought an IPhone 15 last week and was going to buy another one for my spouse today. I’m on my way to Knoxville metro pcs to actually get a legit phone service to help me with the service this place claims to provide?

I have come often since it is the only place where I can come personally to pay, whether in the morning or in the afternoon. And the lady is always there, and she can never help me, she always has the excuse that she is on break. And he's just in his car smoking.
Rude with her look.
I have had to wait several times for an hour parked in front of her waiting for her to feel like opening. I imagine that she doesn't need to earn money. Many are looking to earn a job and are just sitting and smoking.
And he earns it from the air.

Service has just gotten worse and worse half the time I can't receive or send pictures, texting certain friends and family members won't go through for several days and to top it all off calls are dropped or you can't hear the other person at all just static wouldn't do if an emergency came up!But here's the worst part the employees every time we go there their extremely rude or don't really seem to care but today was the last straw my husband had an issue that could've easily been fixed over the phone with me as I'm on the plan also the employee stated they can't do anything over the phone so he lost an hour at work and she told him not to come back as we were leaving well we will be switching companies soon...

The door was locked in the middle of the day, even though an employee car was parked in the lot. Neither a person nor voicemail answered the phone. Several minutes later, after I was on the way to competitor, a lady answered the phone and contradicted every price and deal that Metro was advertising on their website but instructing the customer to visit the store to pick up their free phone . The lady said the prices were for online only but then said that she would not honor deals made online and that Metro did not have plans at the same price as advertised. She was unfriendly and was the sole reason for me to go with another carrier. Metro had been highly recommended by several friends but this employee prevented me from signing up. Nothing can be bought here because the door is always locked

Worst service I've had with this company. Woman said she couldn't help me with the issue I was having I told her I really just wanted a better phone. She continued to stand there with her head down staring at her phone. She offered no assistance no suggestions nothing. Strongly considering another company.
