I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Tonya helped me understand what I needed. No hard sale. Just education. Stayed within my budget. Tonya is knowledgeable, great communication and patient. Whole efficient process took 20 mins. Speedy delivery set up. I can't rate my mattress yet because I haven't tried it yet. But, 5 stars for this Mattress Firm location because of Tonya!!

Good customer service as Donna was paient, knowledgeable, and gave us a free delivery for buying 3 mattreses. Would recommend this establishment to buy mattresses as we looked all around.

We have purchased to mattress within the last 6 months all thanks to Tonya. She was excellent. She made sure to give us all the information that we needed, set up delivery, and made sure we stayed up to date on the whole thing. Tonya is a mattress expert!!!

Unexpected excellent price, even lower than the military base plus the quality was superior! The sales lady, Tonya was friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was perfect, schedule and time of delivery was notified by text and the arrival was on time and the delivery men were fast and very professional! A truly great experience!
