I have been to alot of nail places but this by far is the worst. The man that did my toes was amazing but th3 lady that did my girls nails was pushing my child's hand down many times and was not easy with them then got hateful when I said something and then started talking about us because I said something. I will not be back. If you can't learn how to do children's nails as well as adults this is not the business for you.Service: Nail painting

They did a good job, used nail clippers to cut my acrylic so after i left and spent $80 i noticed the crack under the paint from it. The girl who actually did the paint was good tho

Walked into this place at 12:05 today right when they opened and didn’t leave until 3. They were already busy when I got there and I understood that but my last hour was a nightmare. Walked in and asked for a pedicure and a fill in on my ombré oval nails. My pedicure was wonderful and the young guy who did it was great, my only concern was I did have to ask for him to add the sea salt soak to the tub which is listed as included in all levels of pedicures. My fill-in was where the real problems started. The older man who typically does the nails originally said they could not fill them in because they don’t fill in dip. I advised they were not dip, they were acrylics and the white part of ombré was just painted on. (Last salon airbrushed them) After waiting about 20 minutes after my pedicure was done they moved me to the nail chair and I asked twice before he started if ombré pink and white was possible, if not I’d just do a solid color. He said yes and proceeded to fill in my nails and shape them. Immediately he started to shape them into almond and not oval. Fine. Didn’t say anything, but also not what I asked for. He said they would be $52, then after shaping he informed me it would be $55 for the shaping. Then he proceeded to file halfway into my skin on my thumb. I was polite and told him to please stop filing and to leave them in the full shape they were and then the argument ensued. He was very rude to me and tried to basically tell me my nail shape was wrong and then when I finally said “I do not like this” he threw on more acrylic and passed me off to someone else. This lady was very nice and tried her best to shape my nails, but then she started painting… you need to zoom into the picture to truly see just how awful this “ombré” is… she used a sponge and it’s not blended in anyway, and everything about them is just awful. NOT a good experience and absolutely not worth the $107 I paid. (Hands and feet combined price) BEWARE!!Service: Manicure

I’m new to the area and because my typical salon is in Michigan I am looking for a new salon. My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t perfect either. The polish has bubbles in it and what looks to be dust particles in it. They were extremely busy today so I think my nail tech was in a rush which I understand.I typically don’t give bad reviews and I definitely want to go back but I’ll probably see a different nail tech next time

Don’t waste your money??♀️ my thumb nail even has a hair on it??♀️Services: Nail designs

I have been regularly visiting this salon for one year and always have excellent service and stellar outcomes with whichever service I have done. I also appreciate minimal waiting time.

New to town and needed a nail salon. I’m from Mosheim so my options are Greeneville or Morristown. I didn’t like the quality of any of the Greeneville salons. When I started looking in Morristown I can honestly say that the reason I chose Legacy was the quality of the results women were sharing on Google reviews. I paid attention to the photos. I was definitely not disappointed! I got a gel mani-pedi and they look great! The cheapest pedicure option includes the grater for the callouses and a sugar scrub in addition to the usual clean-up which was amazing since in Knoxville these are services that are in the $60 price range. I do wish my legs had the hot towel wrap, however. This wasn’t included. I was a walk-in and was immediately seen! The only complaint I have is wishing that the technicians chatted with me more, but it was nice to be able to sit and relax without being pressured to keep a conversation going. Will definitely be going back!

Mom has dementia/Alz and parkinsons. Her tremors at times are horrible but she can't help them when they happen. I took her to a different salon and they were so forceful with her and made her feel like she had a contagious disease bc she wasn't "normal" like everyone else. I didn't tell her we were leaving today to go to a new salon bc I knew she wouldn't want to relive that experience if she did by chance remember it. As soon as we walked into Legacy, the owners wife I assume was amazing!!! She came right over and helped me get mom into a pedicure chair and got her taken care of. She treated my mom like she was her mom or grandmother. So gentle with her. The ladies husband came over and started working on moms manicure and was also so gentle and amazing with her. There were 3 different workers that stayed with her and made her feel just as important as everyone else. I know when you're through with a pedicure they usually put your shoes back on,but the way she put my mothers shoes and socks on was just so humbling. She took time and care to make sure they were gently and correctly put back on and not rushed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. They were just an amazing group of people. They just don't know what beautiful thing they did today by helping her. She can't wait to go back again. Thank you Legacy.

I have been coming here a few years with my daughters. We regularly get the regular pedicure which is very good. Tools are clean and I love the massage chairs. I run my own office so I read the complaints here and I have one thing to say. Get your head out of your phone, pay attention and speak up if you don't like something while the service is being performed. No one is a mind reader if you want nails round or square watch them do them and ask them to fix anything you don't like. English is not their first language so have some grace and class and at least spell words on your own review! In all fairness I do not like the manicures herd because for me it's all about the hand and arm massage which they don't do. They seem to customize in dipping and all the fancy designs I could care less about. I give the 5 stars for a nice environment with clean, reliable people who give a great pedicure.

I come in here to get a pedicure and a full set! My pedicure was absolutely amazing but the guy who did my nails did absolutely horrible on them! Yes I had my 2 year old with me which caused it to be a little hectic but that shouldn’t matter. My nails look horrible and I had him fix them 3 times before I walked out. While I’m in there I’m trying to discipline My 2 year old and he wants to yell at my child I knew right then it was time for me to go. I will never be back to this place. My nails look like glue ones from Walmart
