This was my first visit to Kramer Jewelry but won’t be my last! Mr. Kramer was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the exact ring I had in mind. The design and workmanship are excellent. I recently purchased a absolutely beautiful ring at Kramer Jewelry. This was the first time I have ever purchased a diamond ring or spent this amount of money on myself.
Jim was very helpful, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had about my purchase.
I am very pleased with my ring..., it is gorgeous and I highly recommend Kramer Jewelry.

I arrived at the store 10 minutes until closing. I left work (in Knoxville) to arrive before they closed. When I walked up the door, they just put their hands up and wouldn't even help me (I had a pearl necklace stuck that I couldn't unclasp). Just seemed very rude to not at least open the door and apologize. Especially since they weren't even supposed to be closed to another 10 minutes.

I had repair work done on a couple of items. To give them 5 stars is NOT enough! They are very nice and my items are absolutely beautiful, just beautiful. He actually had them ready before the date on my ticket. My experience with them was GREAT and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Thank you Kramer Jewelry for a job well done and being super helpful and nice.

Wonderful customer service! Walked in today needing my diamond checked for what I thought was a missing stone. The jeweler inspected and cleaned my rings within minutes. My rings look amazing now. Customer service was outstanding and there selection of jewelry was top notch

Super service. I had intentions of dropping off two watches for battery replacement. But the jeweler insisted that he could have them replaced and out the door in 5 minutes. He was wrong. It only took 4 minutes. They were all so kind. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks to everyone working at such a fine establishment as this!

I have edited my review. I found the people friendly but the craftsmanship less than expected. After leaving my review, the owner reached out to extend an offer to redo the repair at no cost. Although I haven't taken him up on the offer, I find the offer to be exemplary customer service!
