Two of the sale items did not ring up correctly at the register.The sales person was patient

I went in to pay a bill and I was looking at shoes. I couldn’t find a sales associate anywhere to answer my questions ( I did find a lot of empty shoe boxes on the floor but I just left them alone ( I figured the sales associate would find them when they showed back up
