I am leaving this credit union. They may be alright with everyday banking needs, but they will fail you when you have an unusual situation. Specifically, my mother passed away, and in trying to see to her affairs, I was given vague answers and rudely dismissed about what I was supposed to do. No one should be treated that way, especially grieving people. There is no compassion or care; they just want to move the line along.

I cant believe you are making us wait till after the holidays to put our money in the bank direct deposit that is so sad a lot of people don’t have the money they’re waiting on it but we won’t get it in the holiday. Will be over now we’re all sitting at home and y’all are sitting on our money.

I want to update my post and give credit where it is due.TVA has went above and beyond and has showed they really care for their customers!! Definitely 5 ⭐️ Thank You ? so much !!I have experienced this several times I will have things pending as I go to transfer the money they will dropped down within the time I am transferring the money. When you call TVA they tell you that transactions should be pending for a couple days (not a couple of seconds) or can’t tell you anything because they are looking at a live screen. Then they are times you have time to transfer the money. I have a daughter in college so they are times she need things so I transfer as needed. You don’t won’t to put a lot of money on a card. I can’t just kept giving my money away to tvaDefinitely giving them my last dollar. Going back to my old bank never should have left. Lesson learned

They are always so very helpful no matter your situation. They take their time to work out any problems and never seem to mind helping. Great staff and Security Officer.

Went to get a new card since it went out of date and they wanted to charge me $10 for it as of when my grandmotherwent in there to get one that was still good they didn’t charge a thing for it.

Omg…..the prompts when you attempt to get someone physically on the phone. I can drive there faster other than that I’ve had a good experience with them.

We are constantly being locked out of our accts. here or it says we're using the wrong Log In information which we are not! This has happened 4 times since this past summer. Now, I get up this morning &, once again, cannot get on the Website. Says Log In is invalid. Look, we're intelligent people & we know exactly what our info is to Log In. We have even had our Bank Cards from here closed down saying our password on them is incorrect. Geez People. Sometimes I think someone is messing around with our accounts OR someone has hit a wrong button. We keep plenty cash in our accounts and have never been overdrawn. I can't take this anymore!!! Please be aware you might encounter the same problem.
