After being in an accident, my insurance recommended that I take my car to King's Collision of Morristown. Little did I know, that would be the only good thing my insurance did for me during this process. Tim and his staff at King's are authentic, empathetic, and kind. My vehicle was found to be a total loss. It's taken five weeks for my insurance company to complete their duties and it has been a great headache for King's Collision and myself. At no point did they make me feel like the bad guy. They took time to understand the situation and assisted in any way they could. While I hope I never *need* their services, I know that I can count on King's Collision to work with integrity and kindness. Thank you all so much for your help.

Good people just feel as though there were issues that weren’t properly addressed with my vehicle!! while in their shop they were contacted by a friend whose a certified Ford mechanic because he had questions about a few things that were said and they were less than thrilled about that but hey I figured as a paying customer I had a right to have things explained!!I called once to let them know about issues that I knew had to of come from said accident neither issue was addressed!!! Got the car home and it had paint pop ups showing badly..didn’t bother returning as I knew it would of been useless to do so

Brandon was a Godsend. My first experience was easier thanks to him and the guys at Kings. My Mini Cooper ( Gary) is better than ever thanks to the skilled hands and professionals at Kings!

Friendly shop that keeps you upto date on repairs. It's scary enough and feels so frustrating when the unexpected happens. But not with this shop, they called me to update me every step of the way and answered any questions I had during. Thank you guys for making my accident easier on me!

while on vacation in gatlinburg we busted my radiator and ac compressor ! kings squeezed us in took care of the repairs kept us updated and death with everything. customer service is top notch and friendly !
when we got the car back next day a light came on that wasn’t in before they drove to piegoj forge to bring our rental back to us took my car and fixed ut and handled everything ! my car was vacuum and cleaned when i got it back

The people that work at King's Collision are very professional. They give you the exact date to work on. And an estimated time of completion. The office and body shop is very clean. Recommend this place if you need any repairs.

These guys are the best! When I damaged my car, this was the shop my insurance directed me to for certified repairs. After leaving my car up there for a day, I came back the next day to pick it up. They quickly helped me get back on the road, and make it look like nothing ever happened! They are scheduled out a bit, but thank goodness the fix was simple enough that it took 10 minutes. I would heavily recommend this shop to anyone in need of insurance claims repairs, or repairs in general, if you have the time.Service: Body & Trim

Had them fix a scratch on the side of my vehicle and they did an amazing job! You can't tell there was ever a scratch there!
