He told me he could repair my exhaust while waiting for my bumper but then when it comes almost time to do it all of a sudden he can't do it they have to be done together and then because I'm frustrated he tells me well you can take your business elsewhere since you got such an attitude. I said I can't believe your talking to me like this. I said give me the part numbers and I can call around to see if I can find an estimate on how long I'm looking at waiting to get my car fixed. He looked at his assistant and said we are going to start ordering parts from her. I can't believe this I have never been treated like this ever before by a company. Called KIA and he said take your car elsewhere because you definitely can fix the exhaust without the bumper!

I haven't had any work done as of yet but am scheduling a repair with them as their price is roughly $400 less than another popular body shop in my area. They were very honest thorough with their estimate. I look forward to working with them.

I had a very good experience here, my 2008 Volkswagen Passat had about $3500 worth of front end damage, and we brought it here after looking at a few bodyshops in Morristown. Travis took care of everything, and communicated very well. There were some difficulties with part availability but they did a great job and the end result was very satisfying. Thanks a lot.
