The college students that work here are so rude and disrespectful. When you ask them to open the bathroom they make you wait. You have to ask a older worker because there nicer.

I have to say I love the karm store over all it is VERY pricey then what it should be but I enjoy stopping in there every time I get a chance but the only problem is the price I understand they donate to the resources and rescue systems and they have to make a little money off of it plus pay the workers but other than the price issue it's amazing defiantly recommend Karm stores

Definitely pricy, but I enjoy stopping in every few months to check out what they have. I like that it support a local cause, and a good one, but also wish their prices were a little more affordable considering. Still, it's fun to find that bargain or when I find exactly what I was looking for, so it's still nice to stop by from time to time. Can't afford to shop here often though, since food and gas prices prevent extra spending in my family, and it's only getting tougher all around.

I always enjoy going here when I am in the area as we don't have one from where I live. So it's nice to stop by when I have the time. It basically has the same setup as any other second hand store they have some good deals and then they have overpriced items and yes in my opinion they do charge more than they should for their clothing selections. I was actually surprised when I saw their pants were almost $15 a pair and yes they had some a little cheaper very few but there were some. The store would have such a better in and out ratio if they weren't trying to make a killing off of their clothing items and they would be able to flip more as well. Hands down you could go in needing to find an outfit(pants/shirt) and you are looking to spend approximately every bit of $30 bucks either way you go.

This is the most overpriced thrift store I’ve ever been in. I understand the profits go to a mission, but you would make a lot more money for them by offering actual thrift store prices. Most thrift stores are full of people with full buggies, not this one. This place should be renamed KARM Used Things at Retail Prices. It’s almost comical how ridiculous it is. They had a chipped Glass Bake bowl that you can get on eBay for $8 without the chip. This thing was $29!!!! ???? This has to be a shell company for some type of shady accounting. Nobody is buying this stuff.

I get that you're helping out one group, which is great, but it kind of feels like it's putting a strain on another. Since it's a thrift store, maybe doing a bit of price comparison with other local thrift shops could help find a sweet spot that's more affordable? Plus, keeping an eye on the store's reputation is key. People who donate, as well as those you're aiming to support, might feel disheartened seeing negative reviews, especially about high prices. It's all about striking that balance.

By far the best thrift stores around. They have things that you're looking for and things that you're not looking for. The prices are On point. Their mission is simple. They give back to the homeless.

Overpriced items and unfriendly employees. You can get brand new clothes and many other items cheaper at Walmart and even dollar stores. And they have all these locations, 2 in Morristown, but none of that money helps Hamblen County. We stopped donating a while back and now done shopping here too.

Went into the store and spoke, said good morning, it was about 5---6 people standing and talking behind the register park. Did not speak and act as those I wasn't in store. 2 more people was on floor walking and talking to each other, I spoke but didn't get a good morning back or anything. So I just left the store shaking my head, saying to myself, that store want last. Enter acting with people makes the store and people will love coming back. You got to make them feel welcome, that builds the store it will last a long time

Shopped at the KARM store at 1940 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown TN and I believe I left an item I purchased there. I called the number listed and received a taped msg to call the store extension. The mailbox is full. How do you expect me to determine if I left it there? Plus prices are outrageous-much more than other thrift shops. I believe KARM forgets they receive DONATED items!Golf clubs are $5-$6, other places $2! Women's shirts, dresses, etc.are more at KARMA than other places.

As someone who has donated and shopped here for some years the more and more I visit and leave empty handed after just dropping off 2 boxes and 3 trash bags of items around back, I'm almost to the point of never coming back. Your prices over the years have become RIDCULOUS!! I was buying stuffed animals one time and found one that had no tag and when I got to the counter and asked for a price check it took a lady 10 minutes to look it up on the internet to get a price and then you wanted $8 for it??? Absolutely insane. It's great to feed those indeed but not when it takes scamming those who supply you the things to do so. You can save your copy and paste response that you post on every single review too I don't wanna hear it but wanted you to hear that something needs to be done about the insane over pricing on items DONATED TO YOU. Not very Godly.

I don't make bad reviews, but this stores prices are ridiculous. My husband and I visited and were shocked by what we saw. We try hard to support the local businesses. We saw wall hangings from michaels arts and crafts stores with their sticker price at $5. KARM's sticker price was $8. Will not be shopping there again.

Prices are outrageous and much of it is walmart, kmart, and old clothing in general. I know proceeds go to their ministries but low income people would not be able to afford to shop here, they'd be better off going to Walmart (ir Dollar General, Big Lots( and getting brand new stuff.

To your response... there's still NO reason to price things as high as you do. People that shop stores like KARM are poor. You're charging prices that for a few bucks more they can go to a regular store and get brand new. Walmarts clothes are cheaper. I've seen others talk about KARM and how expensive it is so I'm not the only one that feels this way. I'm just the only one it seems that has the nerve to post this. I donate a lot of good stuff (name brand) but I wud NEVER donate to a store like this that has high prices for used items. Even used furniture that looks like garage is priced high. I'd rather just hand what I have to a homeless person directly instead of donating it. I recently was in NC n visited thrift stores and their prices were WAY less then here. TN isn't the richest state. I'd rather put the money in my gas tank and take the ride becuz I'd get more for my buck. SHAME ON KARM!For donations you would think going by their pricing you were buying brand new stuff. Wud never shop in this place. Overpriced.
