Personally, the guys in there were very rude and they acted like since I didn’t want JL audio that I didn’t want anything at all and the fact was I got something else somewhere else that performed twice as good as a JL audios he was going to sell me and I got them
a lot cheaper

Small shop, big service. I have an older pick up truck and a much older neck and backing it up is becoming more and more difficult for me. Trying to back my truck up just to hitch a trailer on it is a laborious and painful process. I decided to add a rear camera on my truck and stopped in at John's to get a price. The shop has ample parking at the front of the building, it is clean inside and there is a TV in their lobby for entertainment while you wait. The guys there were super helpful, looked over my truck's stereo head unit and gave me a good price to add a rear camera. They were able to schedule me in for an installation day and time that would allow me to wait in their lobby during installation. Drop offs are fine too but I didn't have a back up vehicle so I needed a quick turn around. I arrived back to John's on my installation day and time and they immediately took my truck right back to work on. In less than an hour, I was back on the road with a new rear camera. It is a high quality camera and works great! Those guys are courteous, professional, friendly and fast. They even reset my clock to match the actual time. Give this local business a try and you will be very glad you did.

Today was the second time in 10 years I've used John's Stereo. Same great service. I was basically a walk in today, after having a previous conversation with them on the phone a few days earlier, not knowing if they would be available to fit me in or not, but they squeezed me in and took care of me. Sent my daughter to get a radio installed. First time they said it needed a special harness not the one the book showed so I got the one they asked for. The second trip they said they couldn't do it because it had factory amps. Well the harness they had me get was for that. When she left the radio wouldn't work the factory radio. It worked going in hmmm. So I had her take it to another place. Guess what? She's got her new deck and sound. Never sending anyone there again Johns has went way down on the list of 3 installers.

The guys did a tint removal from a previous tint poorly done.Then they retinted my windows today.Well pleased with the results. The car was very clean when picking up. They did an excellent job and will highly recommend them to others. I would do business with them again.
