Ingles in Morristown Tn is a welcoming site to walk into,its clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.I was having trouble finding an item and the manager stopped what he was doing and helped me find it.My experience hasnt been very good in other stores,most arnt willing to stop whst they are doing and help.Most assume another member will come along and help.It was impressive to know this manager did help me and didnt put it to someone else to help.Very friendly and helpful,wish more people had his work ethics.I will shop here again.This young man was very impressive.I give him 10 stars.Every store should have these kind of workers.Very satisfied customer here. Needed some cash so stopped in to buy one item, a bottle of water. The clerk couldn't have been nicer. From what I could see at quick glace it looked like a nice store. Large so must have a great selection. Didn't really have time to look around as had to get back on the road.

Why cant you scan your value card at pump then fill up Like you can at Food city .Here you have to go to window have them scan your card then you have to go pump your gas then go back to window they deduct the price I had on each gallon then I pay .WHY cant I scan value card then fill up then go to widow and pay ?? YOU TRYING TO SELL GAS .THEN MAKE IT FAST AND EASY .REGARDLESS OF PAYING AT PUMP .OR PAYING AT WIDOW.

$1.50 for 3 minutes of air is ridiculous... We need gas stations to bring back the free air pumps!

good store but wouldn't recommend working here unless you just need the extra money and can handle the harassment that gets passed from manger to manager .
