First time trying, ordered online. Very easy to navigate website - they even have an app you can utilize! How convenient!!We didn't get a variety of food so I have no idea how other items size up. however, we did get a large pizza & Howie bread and they both were fabulous !!! Plenty of flavor, and getting the flavored crust, an absolute must! The bread was stuffed with plenty of cheese and the sauces that come with it are all good too. Will definitely be trying the other Howie breads ?When I got there to pick up, because they don't deliver to my address - total bummer, noone was up front to greet me or grab my order.. a young lady came up maybe 3-4 minutes after I had been standing there - she was nice & friendly so no real complaints.

Absolutely. The greatest pizza you'll ever eat. We have been going to several different locations for over 5 years now. We get the works pizza with parmesan butter crust. Stuffed substitute mushrooms and olives for jalapenos and banana peppers. Owner!! Will you please put a location at East Stone Drive, Kingsport Tennessee. I'm tired of driving 2 hours for good pizza.

Alex and Julio really took care of us! We had a special order due to an allergy. They went above and beyond. They were so polite even when I had questions and I was hungry lol. ?

This used to be a good pizza place. It's been slowly going downhill. Tonight was the worst ever. Employee was rude barly even spoke. Ran off to the back before I could tell her my order problems. I ordered 4 pizzas not one was done right. Ordered a BBQ with extra chicken hardly got any.Lost us as customers!!!

They are short handed at the moment. Nobody wants to come in and work, so they have two ppl busting their tales off. But it’s going to be a long wait which is inconvenient.

Called to order a pizza for pickup. Tammy ( employee)answered the phone and was very rude. I started to place my order, she hung up before I was done. This girl has no customer service skills, some retraining might help. I called back within 3 minutes to cancel my order, I was so frustrated. She paused and said she would have to get a manager. REALLY ,to cancel my order.. just cancel it . She should not be answering the phone for orders!! Lost my business !

Awesome pizza. Absolutely delicious. Their crust is amazing.Haven't been in the actual restaurant itself but if atmosphere is like everything else, it's great also.

Tried the Howies Special pizza bowl, felt it was a little short of toppings. Taste was okay. If on a low sodium diet, I don't recommend.Vegetarian options: Variety of Vegetables
