Their customer service and drive to make sure our concerns were herd made our second trip up there all the difference. Absolutely a First Class Experience! Clint, Darius and Todd are Rock Stars! They made my new Honda Ridgeline purchase perfect. Excellent, concise communication as they took the time to explain everything about the Ridgeline's features and accessories. Plus handling the paperwork was a breeze. Buy from these guys! A++++

Professional and honest. We contacted a dozen dealerships when looking for a new Honda. Got the runaround, wasted hours trying to buy a vehicle only to have them spring the "market adjustment" on the price we'd talked about earlier. Kicking the price up thousands of dollars higher than they promised on the phone. Not at Morristown. The price they quote you is the price you get. Morristown is the best, and our man Clint really came through for us. Clint made the process very easy. The people at Morristown are the best.

The service department at Honda at Morristown went above and beyond for me last week. On an extremely busy day, they sent someone to drive an hour and a half away for a part for me so I could get back home. Austin was extremely kind and helpful. I was thankful for such a great dealership to land in!

Given the current market, I was dreading the necessity of buying a new car. These folks made it relatively painless with no high pressure, plenty of patience with questions, and reasonable price. Thanks to Nate White , Darius, and others for the help. Still, no Homelink mirror in a loaded Touring trim? Honda Corp is gonna hear from me about that.

Honda at Morristown made my buying experience the best car/truck experience I’ve ever had. They made it simple, easy, fun and sold me my dream Truck! Hunter was the best he was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He even drove the truck to me which was a hour or so drive and saved me lots of trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a fair priced vehicle with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Honda Morristown says they have the Service Pass for free oil changes up to 24k miles for all new cars purchased, but apparently, they won’t change my oil until the oil life is at 15% or less. When I spoke to an employee in the service department, I was told that the oil life hits 15% at 10k miles. Honda’s website recommends oil changes at 7500 miles. When I explained that I want to take care of this brand new vehicle I just bought from them and would rather not wait until 10k miles, I was told the service dept manager would give me a call. Over 4 days, I called and would get transferred and the line would disconnect. I was told twice that she was in a meeting and would get a call back. I finally received a call from the service department manager who said she hadn’t even been in for the past few days so I’m not sure who was lying but I am very disappointed in their service, especially after buying a brand new car from them. I think it’s obvious that Honda does not want to give me the free oil changes that they say are included with every sale of a new car. At this point, I don’t even care if it’s free. I’ll take my business elsewhere since Honda wants to be dishonest. In my opinion, it’s dirty business for their website to recommend oil changes at 7500 miles but be so cheap that they make me wait until 10k miles so that they can give me as few free oil changes as possible. I am just trying to protect my investment, very disappointed.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport from this place, and I will say Nathan did a good job of working with my budget and helping me work things out. However, there is some slight unprofessional here. The car I came to look at was “pulled off the lot” the night before even though he called to confirm that I was still coming to look at it, and I was not told this until I was about to pull into the dealership. However, he did help me look at other options I had until I found a car I wanted. I couldn’t drive the car home because it needed detailed , serviced, and new tires put on which I completely understood. I was told it would be delivered by Tuesday, but he did not want to make the drive and drug his feet. I didn’t get my car until late Wednesday, and the only reason it was brought is because we called the dealership. When the car arrived, I was disappointed with a few things. The first being the detailing job was awful, and you can tell it was rushed. Also, both of the keys were dead which is something that we mentioned when buying the car, and we were told that new batteries would be in before I received that car. Additionally, one of the tires was missing a tire cap, and the tire light was on, and not to mention there was supposed to be floor mats in the car, and there was not any. My new car excitement went away when I saw that they only cared about making a sale, and it really didn’t matter what happened after that. I was really disappointed in this because everyone was really nice and worked really well with me while I was at the dealership. I drove 2 1/2 hours to come to this Honda, only to receive my car not to the standards agreed upon.

Sales man Hunter was great! The communication within this company is lacking. Purchased a 09' Honda CRV EX-L for a mail car. Couldn't take it home the day I purchased cause they needed to do a few things to it prior to me taking it home as per the GM. Went back the following day to pick car up and they told me it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. Mind you, I drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. They told me the day prior it would be ready. And they still made it happen even after debating with them for 20 minutes. I wouldn't fully recommend this business just because of the lack of communication and promises not fully kept. I didn't have an option not to take it home that day or not because I had no vehicle to use for work and they knew that when I came in to purchase a vehicle. Car had a bad AC condenser. 3 days after buying I went to use the AC and it started smoking horribly. After paying 10200 for this car, I kinda expected it to not have any major issues but I was wrong. Over a 1k repair job now on a car that I just purchased. I did mention it to my sales guy, and no response back about it. If you decide to purchase from Morristown Honda, ensure you get it inspected by another garage just to ensure you are getting what you paid for.

Let me first say the used car manager, Nathan, has been very understanding during a difficult situation. He is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1.With that said, this was an unfortunate car buying experience. Our vehicle was rushed to us, delivered dirty, and delivered with an obvious major repair needed. The repair took close to 2 months, which we were not upset about. We were more concerned that it was repaired correctly, and not rushed as it had been when we first received it. Our salesman who delivered our car actually told me that the check engine light that was on was normal and would turn off on its own.However, later when we were called to pick up the vehicle after the repair was completed, we drove to Morristown to learn that it was not ready to be picked up.Our trade was a nightmare too. We also asked that our plates be transferred from our trade and were told they were not. We found out from the DMV the plates were transferred but the dealership never gave them to us. They did not pay off our trade promptly causing us to make 2 payments on a car we no longer had.Despite everything we went through including 2 unnecessary trips to and from Morristown, the extra payments and buying new plates that we already owned, the dealership never offered anything to us for our trouble. Not even a gas card to pay for our trips to Morristown.They had a chance to keep us a customer if they just tried to make this situation right, but they did nothing. This transaction was a big disappointment for our family and we will not be back.

Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Advisor lied to me about pricing and then avoided calls about vehicle. Would not deal with my insurance at all and held my vehicle ransom even though guaranteed payment. Charged double on rental vehicle because they don't have any and had to use enterprise.

Hunter was my salesman and got me into a 2020 black accord. I have bad credit and only had 1500 down and he did what he could to get me in a car that works for me with pretty good payments. He explained everything in simple ways and stayed hours after close so I could get my car. I was able to drive it off the lot that night and couldn't be happier. He has answered every question I've had in a very quick manner even after a month of having my car. I was definitely nervous to work with a dealership after being taken advantage of at the last dealership I got a car from but I will definitely go back to honda when I'm ready for another car. The service people were great as well at my first oil change. They excepted my free oil change with no issues and got it done quickly. I had put my oil change down for 3:30 not knowing they closed at 4 but they still worked to get mine done! 100% recommend Honda Morristown!!!

Bought my first Honda ever! Ryan Walters was amazing! Would highly recommend him. He was not overbearing or pushy for me to hurry into a deal. He listened to me about wants in a vehicle. After about 2 months, the right one came along. Made the deal that day and was out the door with ease. Fast deal, fast paperwork, on the road with my new whip! Overall, amazing and easy experience. Successful first vehicle purchase with no stress. Would definitely come back to Honda Morristown, just with the way I was handled. Good job, Ryan. He even called to wish me happy birthday! Now, that was nice and thoughtful. Not many people left in the world like him. Thank you Honda of Morristown!!P.S. they even have free Starbucks, Sodas, and water for you at any given time you are there. Insert “heart emoji”
