Hometrust Bank is perfect, has the most beautiful and charming facilities. The employees are kind and with willingness to help always. Patty Taylor is the best banking account manager ever, kind and extremely efficient.

Truly the worst bank i have had the displeasure of dealing with. They not only cost me hundreds of dollars in losses but their arrogance and ignorance astounded me to the point of befuddlement. Even though the staff are super friendly, dont let that fool you, if you ask them to do anything even closely resembling what a bank is suppose to be able to do they will fail.

I was very disappointed in my service at the Evans Ave bank branch I was detoured off to a lady at the desk and not to a teller there was only me and one more person there at the time. She was rude I was not there to ask for a loan I only wanted to put money in an customer account that banks there, she acted as if I was there to beg and I was not informed of the services she said I could not perform at there bank just because I was black I believe I was created different if they do not want black business they need to put a sign out front I was very disappointed because I called before I went to verify if they could perform the service that I was going to need and I was told yes but when I got there it was a different story I assure Home Trust that I have the funds to accommodate what I was in need of to help out and not inconvenient the person I was there to help I would not recommend this bank

Everyone at Home Trust Bank is very respectable and very nice people. Banking is always easy and fluid and it’s a pleasure doing Business there. I have been a customer for many years and I intend to stay with Home Trust.
