My Dr sent a prescription to CRESCENT because my pharmacy couldn't get my diabetic medicine and I had been out of it for 2 months. This could be life threatening. When I went to pick up my prescription, the man wanted to know if I was transferring the rest of my prescriptions to their pharmacy. I said NO. He informed me that they didn't want to fill this perscription because the insurance didn't pay them enough for their TROUBLE and this was a hard medicine for them to get.So in their eyes all I am are dollar signs. That's all all of us diabetics are is dollar signs. So they would rather I die from diabetic complications then loose money on me.They filled it this time but said they wouldn't fill it again unless I transferred all my medications to them. That is an hour drive both ways for me each time I need to pick up,a prescription. It's sad.
