Bought a brand new ps5 controller in October of 2023 and purchased the warranty as well. Time to use the warranty because the controller isn’t working properly and now the company policy is your getting a used controller. Which on top you still have to purchase the warranty on the used one.

I was going to buy a PS4 game at Gamestop in Morristown for $19.99. When I was about to pay for it, the clerk said that a mistake had been made and that it cost about eight more dollars than the price on the video game box. I refused to buy it. It's not my fault that the Gamestop employees screwed up the price. The price on the box said $19.99 and that's what it should've cost. I had a $5 coupon but even with the coupon, I didn't want to pay an extra eight dollars. I recommend that people shop at CM Games instead of Gamestop. CM Games is also located in the College Square Mall.

Went in today the lady working was very rude, I was asking here questions, then all of the sudden she goes are you trying to are you trying to give me a hard time! That is a very unprofessional when somebody's asking you questions, pertaining your job!

The two employees this afternoon were hilarious and welcoming! They helped me find the game I was looking for and told me all about rare items in their inventory. One of the employees even talked about games and consoles that she was personally collecting for reselling at a higher value in the future. Really cool to hear her passion about her job and Pokémon! The male employee was funny when accidentally saying my total was $45 instead of $65 and apologized for the confusion (but honestly, it was just funny). It’s truly refreshing to see employees who are passionate about their work and genuinely want to engage with customers.

I bought a brand new headset for my son for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. He opened it Christmas and headset did not work. Game stop will not exchange even with receipt stating I did not have a gift receipt (which was not offered or explained that it was needed at the time of purchase). Very disappointed in this - different receipts- different policies. Wasted money on a headset that doesn’t work and a store that will not correct the issue.

This blond lady with glasses looked like she was new to the store but she did not have a clue on what she was doing it seems like because when I bought a game there yesterday 9/29/22 she didn't even put the disc in the case so when I got home it wasn't in there so next time train them more and on top of that today 9/30/22 I'm going back to get my game in it's case and tell them about it I got receipt and hopefully I get the game in there or something because If I don't and they don't let me I'm sueing
