Compound med was prescribed by my ENT, we had a snow storm that messed with deliveries so the first order was missing a week later, as was the case with all deliveries. So the pharmacy sent a second order after I notified them. When it arrived a WEEK later, it was just the capsules, no instructions and no irrigation "kit" that I was told would be included. So at 9pm, two weeks after the initial prescription, I got a bottle of capsules and no way to use them upon arrival. I was supposed to be using the rinse for 2-3 weeks prior to additional test & treatment. In the morning I will go to the a local pharmacy and get the irrigation kit needed myself & will talk to that pharmacist on measuring etc. I do NOT recommend Fountain RX & I will be sure to inform my Dr. that future prescriptions must be sent to a Knoxville pharmacy that does compounding, the prescription shouldnt have been sent out of town to begin with, especially to someplace that doesn't follow through.

I requested my prescription refills through the app. My prescriptions were not filled within a two day period, and when I called I was told they never received the request through the app. I asked them to go ahead and refill and mail my prescriptions. I was told they would send it out that day. Two days later, I called back again as it was still not shipped. They finally sent my shipment overnight, but they placed duplicate charges to my account. I have made three phone calls attempting to get this money refunded. It has been over two weeks, and my money has still not been returned.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years now and have never had a negative experience. They’ve compounded things for me and always had my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. I love this pharmacy and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I have never once been to this Pharmacy, I have never been to Morristown, I've never seen Tennessee, hell I've never set a foot on American soil but I have spoken to countless customers and people who are using its services. I don't know how many individuals have phoned me but all of them sound like great people for the past 7 years of speaking to them. I most likely will never see this pharmacy or Morristown but I will continue to accept every wrong number from Tennessee locals just trying to refill their prescriptions. Goodbye.

Easy to order refills by phone or their website. They send messages through texts w/a link to take you to a message that is secured. You just need to sign up for it. I have been using them for years. Everyone that I have spoken with has always been very nice and helpful.

I'll share my experience. Yesterday my husband picked up my Rx that was made especially for my needs. There were a couple issues I had. The texture of the mouthwash I wasn't able to handle. After speaking with them, they worked it out to meet my need. They went above the mark to see to it my Rx worked for me in every way. Thank you Fountain Rx for being professional in every way. I highly recommend Fountain Rx to meet your needs.

I wish I could praise this pharmacy like other have, but it’s just not been my experience. My doctor wrote a prescription for one thing, and then I got something else. When I called Fountain, I was told they filled what was requested, and then practically hung up on me. No apologies or offers to straighten out the situation. I contacted my doctor and they said they would take care of it. Almost two weeks later I had to call the doctor again as I hadn’t received what I needed. When they followed up with Fountain, they were told it was a duplicate prescription so they didn’t fill it. That means they didn’t fill the first one correctly. When they called me to verify my address again, I had to pay again (now double what I was told, the first for the wrong thing) and when I complained about having to pay a second time for the correct thing, again, no apologies. In fact, I was told - as a possible reason for mis-filling the first prescription that “some people prefer the other (item)”. When I got upset, I was again hung up on. Very, VERY frustrating. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received from a local company. Disappointing. I hope I don’t have to go through this again.

I’m so disappointed bc I’ve ordered 3 compound prescriptions and have never received any information as to how to manage my medications, 2 of which are creams, 1 requires a measuring device and I never got that.
