Very Clean store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a Deli that has a seating area to eat in . Also a Bakery which is good as well. A Starbucks inside the store. Flower shop . They have a 19.99$ for five pick on meat or sides as marked. I always find what I need . Always have a good selection on groceries. Free Parking and Handicap Parking. Also Handicap friendly. It neighbors a lot of businesses.

There is someone there that helped me today 08/27/24 I had coupons for free tillamook products, forgetting it didn’t cover taxes I didn’t have money with me even though it wasnt much and was just a dollar Andrew Gross paid the Bill for me. He is an excellent worker and has great customer service! I’ve always done this for people knowing it doesn’t happen often anymore and I enjoy seeing this! Thank you so much!

What is spectacular venue, and the organization of the produce section is off the charts compared to other similar grocery stores. Very much enjoyed my visit, but I did notice that certain pricing was noticeably higher than similar venues, such as Walmart or Kroger's. If quality is commensurate, price becomes the determining Factor. Check it out for yourself and see what you think.

Foodcity on Broadway in knoxville good store , managers and assisting are incompetent rotund asshats. Worried more about their annual bonus than keeping employees who are exceptional. So many awesome night staff they've let go , assistant managers they've forced to take kitchen jobs , while the tards gt promoted . Oh well I shop at Kroger now fully

This place has went so down hill. The workers are hateful and hard to deal with for absolutely no reason. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have been treated badly or have had some one be hateful to me and now they have a ridiculous thing that at the self checkout now where it's 15 items or less at each register and yet they only have 1 or max 2 registers open. Just avoid this food city all together

The layout in Food City is always weird. To get any value out of the value card you usually have to bundle. But, the gas points are nice.
