This bank is absolutely rage inducing. They won’t cash a check they put random holds on my account and holds on checks and then I go to another location and they immediately cash my checks.. DO NOT BANK HERE it’s a waste of time.. I’m getting my checks cleared and closing my accounts tomorrow!!

Make SURE you tell the tellers at least 3 times to cash your check and THEN deposit it otherwise it will probably take 3-4 business days to show up in your account.But they can cash it all up front. Doesn't make a single bit of sense but sure. Steal my money from me and force me to go into the negative from a bill coming out and then take more as a fee for the negative balance. Great. Love it.

I'm bank card was taken by first horizon bank ATM. And wouldn't give back my bank card. And no I'm not a first horizon costomer. We were giving the run around. I will never bank with this company! Not will I ever spend another penny in this town! Thanks Alot for all the trouble you caused!

Worst bank ever! They take money out of your account can’t explain where it went sometimes over drafting you. Once they find THERE mistake your still charged the Over charge. Pretty much banking with crooks. Thank goodness for Knoxville tva.

I have had an account since 2013 with Capital Bank and after the merger with First Tennessee my experiences have plummeted there. I travel a lot to West Virginia and this institution has known that for years without me having any issues of accessing my account, but I was up there at the end of August, 2018 and First Tennessee put some kind of lock on my account. I was out of state and had no access to my account. I called from Friday evening until Monday and I could get zero assistance in resolving it. Finally, after four days, after spending hours over the phone on a Monday and speaking to several different employees, my account was unlocked for me to access it. None of them could/would even explain to me why it had even happened. The female manager at this branch that I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude as well. Worst customer service ever. Needless to say, I am in the middle of having my two direct deposits switched to another financial institution. This place was a nightmare for me while I was out of state. I would recommend anyone thinking about banking here to look elsewhere.
