Excellent staff and so wonderfully helpful. They didn't have the exact thing we wanted in stock but ordered them right away for me and shipped to my house since I live in the next town over to save me a trip. New Ariat boots for my husband and new chaco sandals for me! Very friendly employees and very nice store.

Always helpful in getting what I need if it's not in their store. They call other stores and it is shipped quickly to the Morristown store. Good prices on quality boots and shoes. Have found a few things on clearance.

Just came out of the Morristown store was in there 30 min at least. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. I was prepared to spend a good bit of money for some new boots. The employees were to involved in talking about buying new cars. Thanks for nothing.

AWESOME customer service. Thank you Shana Greene for ALWAYS going above and beyond. My co worker's dad went in and she was able to help find the shoes he needed. They were from out of town and she made sure they would be delivered to his home. Proud to call you a friend!

I wouldn't recommend ordering offline. In my experience, I purchased an item and days later I received an email stating that the item was no longer available with a refund issued to my account. It's not very reliable. ?
