“I have nothing but great things to say about my favorite cricket wireless store. Morristown east has a store, but I would rather drive to the west end. Lyric is the BEST!! She helped me to get an upgrade for my son's phone, as well as add a line to my plan and purchase a phone for my mother and make sure all her information was transferred to her new phone. I love cricket and my store on the west end. I recently met the manager and He too did amazingly helping customers and answering questions. Thank you Lyric and Marcus for being great at your job. “I went to the store a few weeks ago just looking for internet and was told I have to be a customer, James was the gentleman who helped me btw. I kinda figured this was going to be the case, but I didn’t expect it to be so easy. Not only was the process simple but I got a free phone for switching. James went above and beyond setting everything up and making sure it worked. Then I hooked the internet up at home and immediately started having problems. Spoke to tech support numerous times was finally told to bring the box in cause it was damaged. Brought it in and talked to James again, he yet AGAIN did more than I expected and helped me get out of there as quickly as he could. He’s a great asset to that store. And since bringing the new box home I’ve had zero problems. I would definitely recommend Metro for services-even after what I went through.”
