Wanted to look at a trailblazer so I called to simply ask if they had one, as soon as I got off the phone a salesman called which was find. His name was Sadie. I told him when I would be there. 5 mins later he called again, which I did not answer. I do not need a hundred calls. Then he text to ask me if I need the address when I had just told him how far away I was. I replied no I don't need your nice sales crap because I know what I want.When I get there and asked for him he wanted to small talk instead of doing business and showing me the trailblazer also, I don't take years to decide yes or no and as soon as I saw the trailblazer I knew it was to small and then I asked to see the blazer which he needed to go get a key for but I had already built and priced online in the case it said it would take 6 months to get the one I wanted. He then got mad at me and got smart and told me to leave and "get better" Needless to say me being blunt and making his job easier instead of wanting to look at everything and trying to deal him down he treated me like I was a bother and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. If you can't listen and help customers that know what they want then you ain't doing your job right ---from a saleswomen that listens to the customer

Can you give lower than a 1 star? If so that the rating. I bought a truck (yes older and high mileage) on Saturday and Wednesday it broke and left me on the side of the road after 250 miles. I had it towed to them on Wed and was told they would have it looked at Thursday morning to see what the issue was by a sales manager. Three days later, 13+ phone calls, lots of promises of return calls and still no calls, no updates and not looked at.I just want my truck fixed. This is crazy.

I took my 2014 Jeep Compass to have it fixed here, well it was a big mistake. I told them the most important thing that needed to be done was the driver side wheel bearing. Fix that first cause there was a loud roar on the driver side. Well they did do a good job fixing everything else though, you know the things that really wasn't the main issue. I had already had the passenger side wheel bearing at the jeep dealership fixed and both axles but they didn't listen either after telling them to do the driver side bearing too. So $1500 later and it is roaring louder than ever. I know they didn't test drive it or they might not have let me leave. They also said they changed my oil but it's a quart low and they didn't even put a new sticker on. They had my car for two weeks which made me lose even more money. Nothing but a bunch of lies. Why wont anyone change my driver side wheel bearing?

Don't do business with them. This is why: they weren't prepared when I arrived even with a 4.5 hrs notice. I had to wait over 2 hours to get processed. Then after going through all the paperwork they discovered they made a mistake and would have to mail me all the paperwork to be signed again. They owed me floor mats for my car, I had to keep calling to get them sent. Took over 2 weeks. Just kept getting the run-around. Then they screwed up my tag paperwork and had to take a half day off work to get sort the mess out and then had to pay an add'l $278 to get my tag. When I called Morristown about it; Oh, we just didn't collect enough money, sorry. They don't have their stuff together and make many costly mistakes that the customer must absorb. Horrible team there.

Kentucky Customer! We bought a car in September, our salesman was Dustin. He lied to us from day 1. There were several repairs that we requested and he agreed, IN WRITING to the repairs if we purchased. Here we are, four months later and fighting to get the repairs complete. I finally went over his head to the service manager and he is getting it done for us. At least there is one honest person at Morristown Chevrolet who will stand behind what is promised. Now in the market for another vehicle, but WON'T be shopping there!

Not sure about buying a car from them but the service center will flat out lie to you.My warranty sent me here; I have a Ford and I called wanting to make sure that they would work on it before I scheduled and took it there. Nearest Ford dealership that accepts my warranty was in Knoxville so I wanted to go local if I could.They told me over the phone that it would be fine that they worked on anything. I get to the service center today at the scheduled time and they refused to work on it because it's a Ford. Made an excuse that they couldn't hook up to the computer because it's a different make. Even though Autozone can hook up to anything as long is it past 1996. I turned down overtime at work; got a loader vehicle and scheduled a ride from the service center all for nothing because either someone lied or someone was too lazy to be bothered with doing their job.My dream vehicle is a Chevy Silverado. And I will have me one some day. But it will not come from this dealership. And when it needs serviced I will go 1000 miles out of my way to avoid dealing with these liars and lazy people.

The guy that checked me in, I think his name was Matthew. He was real friendly. Being a woman, I hate doing things like this but he made it a very stress free service.
