My vehicle was found to be a total loss. It's taken five weeks for my insurance company to complete their duties and it has been a great headache for King's Collision and myself. At no point did they make me feel like the bad guy. They took time to understand the situation and assisted in any way they could. They always want to know if our experience was good of if they can fix it if it wasn't. This is our 2nd car we have purchased from them. Kia's are great cars.
