My lightbulbs were blown and I had to stop in to get bulbs at night. Larry was very accommodating and worked to change my bulbs so I could safely get on the road. Thank you!

Needed help changing my brake bulb fault at west end autozone, they told me they couldnt do it and wouldn’t even tell how to do it. Went to south Cumberland autozone and they helped me with no issue!

Well in my opinion if your not a Mechanic you should make sure you have done your investigation into what you are doing so you can make sure on your parts cause these Mexican punks working there don’t know there hind end from a hole in the ground and will just throw parts at you.

Excellent service, super friendly! Rob, the store manager was super great help with warranty work! Finding help like this is hard to find and extremely rare! Excellent job! Hope they give you a raise! All the customer service specials are handy and helpful. Love the idea that they are just down the road and always a pleasure going there.

Excellent service, fast friendly and extremely helpful. Rob (store manager) helped me locate a part that was not listed on the Autozone computer which was an exact match! Which avoided a trip to another store! Then her helped me with a warranty problem that would have stumped most! I would definitely recommend the south Cumberland Autozone as well as any other Autozone. This was an excellent experience!!!!!
